only get one star because i cant give…

only get one star because i cant give less. do not use them. the over book the lot. they ask you to leave your keys so they can move your car as needs be.
our experience started when you pulled in and were asked for the keys. we said no, so they parked us in another spot and i kept my keys.
the problems really came from when we came back. I called 3 times in a 1.5 hr time frame looking for a van for pick up from the airport. my wife called 2x in the same hour. not to mention the other 3 families that were also calling for a ride.
we were told multiple times that drive is on his way, driver is just now getting on 528, the driver just left the yard.
when the driver finally showed up we asked whats going on he said he no idea what we are talking about.
when the driver put the van in gear to back up i started a timer and stopped it when we hit the yard 7:21 mins.
then this is where the real issues happened.
all 3 families were parked in. the driver attempted to move only one car from each of the cars and told us that was enough room.
one gentleman told him to move the other car, which the driver didnt want to and caused a argument. after a while he got keys for the other car and spun out in front of me and pulled into a spot near my car. there is no way i would drive someones car like that in this area. cars are parked 2 deep and 3 car sideways behind them.
the moved one car for me to get out, which would have been fine until the spin out car was parked in a fit of rage. i asked several times to have it removed so i could get out 2 seperate drives asked me you sure you cant get out? would you like me to get you out? which i said no to.
this whole thing took me 2hr from when i landed to me getting on the road to get home after my long day for traveling.
if your looking for a cheap place to park and dont car about strange people in your car, your car being damaged, have hrs to kill after your trip. this place is your you.
i would use anyone else but this lot.

I was very disturbed about an employee…

I was very disturbed about an employee in your Company that drives the Shuttle. When boarding the shuttle he asked us which airline. We told him Lufthansa. He told us that is Terminal C. We boarded the shuttle. Then on the way to the airport he asked us again which Terminal. Apparently he hadn't remembered what he just told us. I told him Terminal C. He then said they don't go to Terminal C after having already boarding the shuttle. I was upset and said. "What the hell". At that point he nearly became violent towards me, my wife and with my 10 year old son in the car. He then began to continue accusing me that I swore at him. I apologized several times but it did not change his violence towards me and my family. When trying to explain the website states Terminal C drop-off includes a charge he refused to honor or listen. Instead he put gloves on and pretended to threaten me and my family with gestures of violent behavior. I was very disturbed by his acts and did not feel safe while he drove us to airport. I have never experienced such a lack of professional service. He was a bully and beyond reproach. He should not remain in your employ as he poses a risk.

Waited 1 hour

Waited 1 hour. Got to our gate at the airport just as they were boarding. Then to top off the terrible service they needed us to leave our keys because they may have to move our jeep. Dreading the return trip. Just hope we get the jeep without a problem. will never use them again. Terrible mistake.

Terrible

Terrible. When pulling into the lot, the attendant asked us to pull forward with no shuttle in site. Finally, one arrives and we were told to take our luggage to the van, so we dragged it through dirt and mud. According to the gate attendant, one person was to ride in the van, the other person stay in the car, follow the shuttle and park it. We drug our 5 heavy bags over to the driver who did not get out of the shuttle as he watched us do so. We went to his window and asked where we should put the bags. He said, "back in your car" you follow me and park. After waiting another 5 minutes, we asked the attendant what we should do. "Pull over here and wait for the shuttle to come around the parking lot." The driver came around, went a different direction than what the attendant directed and so we followed. We were drove towards a dirt lot and the van parked about 150 yards away. We drug our heavy luggage up hill towards the shuttle. My husband said to him, "This is so confusing! We have no idea what we are supposed to do!" The shuttle driver said, "I don't appreciate your disrespect, so I refuse to take you. Get an Uber!" We tried to apologize and explain our frustration and he continued to refuse. We mentioned missing our flight, connections, etc. He looked away, loaded others luggage and drove away". We had to call an Uber.

This company are a bunch of rude…

This company are a bunch of rude cowboys so the price you pay online is not the price you pay we ended up waiting a hour at airport for shuttle bus which never arrived eventhough it said wait at terminal c ,luckily enough we asked to use this kind American to phone the hire car to arrange for us to be picked up but we had to move with all our luggage to terminal 1 ,then when we got to rental company depot ,it was you need to add this on an extra it cost us $1000 dollars which would be refunded( which still hasn’t and now 3 weeks home from our holiday) and the price for 22 days was £1300 plus because they made us late due to shuttle bus it was after there closing time at 10pm we had to pay $40 which we obviously contested but the man wasn’t interested at all ,at this point we had been travelling now for 14 hours and still had to get to our resort so we just couldn’t be bothered with the hassle as it was dark and we were exhausted so this kinda put a damper on our first day in Orlando 😡😡 SO DO NOT BOOK THIS HIRE CAR COMPANY

Do no use this company

Do no use this company! Instead of being shuttled to the airport I had to take a Lyft just so I didn’t miss my flight. On my return I had to wait for over an hour to be picked up and the receptionist was so rude and nasty about why I had to wait on another shuttle to pick me up that never came. She yelled at me for inquiring on why I had to wait so long to be picked up

These guys are useless so DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. On the busiest weekend of the year (Thanksgiving) they had one small shuttle bus running, which was taking 30 minutes per run, so we had to wait an hour to be picked up from the airport on our return. When we got to the lot they had no idea where our car was so we had to drive round the lot clicking our ket fob to flash the car lights. They had moved the car so it was not where we had parked it and so it took us 25 minutes to find it. No apologies, nothing. Pathetic!
