As a vigilant 49-year-old user based in Paris, I spent 120 euros on the Goldenromances platform before uncovering a highly organized and systemic commercial deception.
Their investigation team (managed by an agent named Frank) officially admitted in writing that an infraction occurred and that a fraudulent profile was operating on the network. However, they refuse to refund real currency, instead trying to buy off scammed users with invisible, useless virtual credits.
Following a deep technical analysis of their server architecture, the multi-site credit trap is undeniable. The mask completely fell when I tracked their hidden centralized customer support desk operating under support.2-help.io [1.4]. Goldenromances (operated by the shell entity Noxeris Limited in Malta) and Euromeets (operated by Cortessia Limited in Gibraltar) are identical computer clones running on the exact same infrastructure [1.3.1, 1.4]. They share the identical code source, databases, and specific hidden URL paths, including their platform values (/community-pages/safety-guides/platform-values) and mandatory transparency modules (/community-pages/transparency) [1.4]. These clone platforms duplicate the exact same rotation of fake accounts—combining pictures stolen from international fashion models with blatant AI-generated deepfakes—solely to force users into buying text credits [1.4].
By publicizing a false compliance with the European Union Digital Services Act (DSA) while deliberately hosting mass identity theft, this network openly violates European consumer protection laws [1.4].
A fully documented fraud file containing all server logs, identical URL structures, and written admissions from their support staff is being submitted today directly to the European Commission and EU digital services regulators to demand heavy administrative fines and the complete technical blocking of these domains on European territory [1.4]. Demand an immediate refund of your real money. This network is a technological scam factory [1.4].

Today there were a special on the site - R165.00 for 30 messages for which i subscribe. Then this amount were subtracted from my account 3 times and tonight there is a further R493.56. What the f......... is going on at sales department to just debit clients account as they thumb suck. I AM NOT SATISFY AT ALL. and will never renew my subscription to this specific site.

there are clear guidelines, it's up to you whether you will continue with the process. i was able to contact customer support with a question and have it satisfactorily answered... easy to move around without getting lost.

This is my second time finding a dating service that is fraudulent, not by choice. The companies are changing names up as other companies, but they are still the con artists that are preying on indecent women, mostly, over 50. They reel you in with 20 free credits to start. this only last through 4 short sentences. Do not question why your conversation did not get finish or you end up with a terminated account, for good. They give no warning that your account will close, just closes it, no explanations. The customer service is horrible. The billing just close your account down. If, they suspect you are sharp enough to know something is not right with the pricing, they shut you down. This is a bigger scam then the other companies they are flying by night with, in my opinion. Please do not join, or you will lose your money on men who are non existance. The site is using professional models, no way to receive a real in person meeting, and you chat till they use all your paid chat time. The men are not being charged, it is in fine print under their bio. I am here trying to help stop another American Woman, from being a victim to this International Scam. They are ripping off clients with AI appearance of men available, but there are non, just fake widower men, and few divorced. Beware The Scam. I spent about 10 USD in my currency it's R168 rand but what was funny l responded less than 10 times and my credits were finished.. All the men look perfect.. I was like what. This is Ai or group people sitting around waiting for people how are they still online since l wasn't there for 2 weeks and what about time zones.. These people are making money, l thought I was the only one who noticed this is a brilliant scam..

So far the app has proven successful. Easy to join this online chat. Doesn't feel performative. Highly impressed.

The app isnt great for android users, but fairly easy to use in general. It is VERY expensive.

It took just 24 hours and $60 to figure this site out. It’s like playing slot machines at a casino. All of the men are widowed which I found weird or maybe that’s the gimmick?! Then you have the thirty something’s and ohhh my lord they DO NOT follow your preferences at all. All these guys have a “professional” status, Dr,s, Engineers, Physicists etc…you mean to tell that you’re making all this $$$ and can’t find someone in real life? How my name got onto this site, I have no idea. All I've gotten is messages from men overseas, and none of them will buy credits. This is a total scam. Beware Ladies!

There is no meaningful way to verify who is actually behind the profiles on GoldenRomances.

Different accounts used the same language, avoided moving off the paid platform, remained constantly available, and repeatedly pushed content that cost credits to open.

A dating site that monetizes every interaction should provide far more transparency about who users are actually talking to. I would not spend money here.

It is incredibly expensive for women. If you live in Canada, it can cost $50 for a 5 mins conversation! The verified men do not pay to communicate. If you are a verified woman, you cannot chat with a verified man. This site is a complete cash grab and every man is spanish speaking, some not even living in North America. No one wants to leave the site, so women have to keep paying over and over again. I spent $250 and know nothing about anybody. The questions are AI for sure and I'm not even sure these men are real. The conversations are jilted and do not flow normally. I wasted so much money for nothing. There are sites by other names like this, but it's all the same site with the same spanish men, same "credit" system designed to strip a woman's bank account but let the men talk for free. On average the men have 20 pictures ... that's not normal! This is a complete SCAM!!! Customer service is a joke and AI responses for everything!

I continue to receive notices of Asian dating sites to my Facebook Account. When I respond to the add and pay for access to the dating I receive a message from the dating app that my account is permanently suspended. No explanation just another racist policy that I get subjected to by the many Asian Dating sites that send ads to my Facebook account. If I am suspended from Asian dating sites with different names. They need to delete the profiles and photos that I upload. Many of their sites subjected me to Chatbots & AI matches. Furthermore I believe Im being discriminated against because Im a Black woman.
