Having seen Gold&Crown on Facebook I was so tempted to order a portrait from them. Having spent time looking at what I wanted I decided to go for it and thank goodness I did. My portrait came within days, it was so easy to order, didn't expect it to be so quick. The service and quality is outstanding. In fact i was so pleased I've ordered another one. I am pleased with our portrait we ordered from here. My face and the dog’s face look close. But my lady's was a little off. Wish it could have been a better match.
Had a little glitch with the post office tracking info, but was fixed after I notified them. I would still recommend it.

I didn't know what to expect

The stock photo you used had absolutely no resemblance to my Australian Shepherd! I was very disappointed as I thought this was going to be a tribute to my own dog not just somebody’s border collie.

Great company and quality products
I was a little apprehensive as I saw this company on Facebook but I was so pleased with my canvas of myself and my little dog I can say it is so special and such good quality my son and his partner are ordering one for his mum for Xmas. I was kept informed all the way and it was delivered when expected. I would definitely recommend if you are looking for something special. I never mind paying the price if it is worth it and it was. So thank you

Our records show all three pieces were confirmed delivered by USPS to the address you gave us at checkout, on 21, 25 and 27 August, all before this review was posted. We're glad to share those tracking records with Trustpilot, or with you, at any time. You did mention to us privately that one of the three hadn't reached you, and that is something we can still sort out today: tell us which one and we'll open a USPS trace straight away.
