A brilliant service from a small team. The line was connected one day and the service was live the next day. The team were very polite and the whole installation was fitted with no interruptions, everything was left clean and tidy. The internet speed is more than I could have wished for.

Really quick easy to deal with and supported me with setup and missing easy info. Couldn’t ask for more let’s hope it stays that way through the contract! Great so far would recommend!

Very easy to use, once router received, set up straight away, shame post office delivery let it down!

I like the Internet itself, it's given no problems at all. It is that I paid £60 for a Meshpod 3 weeks ago and I'm still awaiting delivery of it. Why?

Impressive service, both before and after setting it up. I’ve placed my order two days before moving to my new place and the router arrived on the same day I’ve moved, ready to just plug and play. Internet connection has also been very good.

I am getting only less than the half of the internet as per plan. Not really happy.

Constantly being lied to about promising they'll give me a call back, they have been saying the same for over a week. I had already cancelled with Go Internet, after having confirmation that my account had been cancelled, they still decided to take £90 out of my bank account. I asked why I had been charged after cancelling, the agent said he does not know why. I have been chasing my refund which has supposedly been with the billing team for over a week, I keep getting told I will get a call back, I haven't received one.

I have cancelled my direct debit to avoid them taking money as they wish again, even though I had cancelled.

This is beyond frustrating now, no-one seems to be bothered, all I want is my £90 back and to be done with this company, it's so far gone being ridiculous now. It is now Friday evening, the chances of anyone even getting back to me before their support lines open again on Tuesday is so minuscule, they have had over a week to do this during their support hours.

I just need my refund ASAP, and to be done with this company.

When I spoke to an advisor my problem was solved quickly, however it wasn't quite the advertised "plug in the router and your ready to go" service that was advertised. Now it's up and running though I'm very satisfied with the service

Got the equipment, emailed about the difficulty i am facing and also requested some information but no response till date. My signal hasn't been ok and I only got a notification for the direct debit

Easy transition from my previous provider, at a lower cost. So far so good

Really good communication people on the phone are really helpful cannot fault them you can also understand what they are saying on the phone that always helps!

Was ready even before we moved in. Entered the PPoE credentials into the router and it fires up instantly. Perfect. Many thanks

Moving in to a new build with an OFNL network. Looked through the available providers and liked the look of Go Internet. I called customer service to ask a few questions and got to speak to a person immediately. Router arrived before we left our old house. Plugged it in at the new house and nothing 😟. However one quick call to customer services and all sorted. Amazing service

Set up was OK and fairly straightforward. I didnt realise my existing router wouldnt work with the requirements of Go internet and so had to buy a third party one when the switch happened, i think it could have been clearer that certain routers may not work. Download speeds have been quite low at times since the swtich. I do get advertised speeds, mainly in the evening, but during the day theyre often reported to be a lot less, which has been dissapointing. I will continue to review this

Edit - Customer support got in touch (i hadnt contacted them) and advised on an issue with my set up, which was well received and I was quite impressed by so I have changed my review

I have been with Go Internet for two months now on a 900mbs upload/download package, and I’m very pleased. I frequently game and without an Ethernet cable I’m pulling around 500mbs, additionally I haven’t had any dips or connection issues so far which is another plus.

I understand Go internet is a smaller business compared to larger internet providers, but I think user interface could be a little better rather than doing things over email/phone at times i.e update payment information or changing payment date.

Nevertheless, I am paying for a service which is being provided very well hence why I’ve given 5/5 ; I plan to stay in my place for a few years so if Go Internet keep things up they have a long term customer!

We have move into a new build with built in fibre. This was completed by Open Fibre Network Limited. They are in direct competition with BT/Open Reach and they provide a list of companies supplying internet access. There was a good choice and after a bit of research I settled on Go Internet. Their level of service has been truly impressive. They talked me through the process, yes a human! I purchased the router at a very reasonable price. Moved in, plugged the router in and hey presto very fast internet. Their prices are extremely competitive and significantly cheaper than your mainstream suppliers. I highly recommend Go Internet. From start to finish they were excellent.
