Although the functionality is extensive and when it works is great but that's when it works. It's an email marketing platform (in it's simplest form) that often doesn't send emails?! A few times I have not received notifications when forms get filled in by potential customers leading to lots of missed opportunities. Very frustrating.
Extremely unethical cancellation process.
No ability to cancel without calling a US phone number. They intentionally don't show any self-serve cancellation button, and make the entire cancellation process take 5 hours+ of the user's time, given the need to call during US hours only, on an international phone number.
Avoid the software at all costs -
Bhaskar did a top notch job in doing the demo of Go High Level. Took his time, showed all the features, and answered all our questions.
GHL just randomly went down and completely halted all of my business activities.
No warning, no communication and no compensation for the business I lost out on.
follow up in my review from 8th of April. Jonathan has called me and offered discounts to ease my financial burden since I lost a deal due to my emails being out of order. he also said that I can contact him personally until the 9th of May if I have any major issues again. I really hope that I will don't need that. My account was reset to a new account and I have to wait 90 days again to be able to message the support team instead of calling it, so that should have been mentioned by Jonathan! either way, I appreciate the effort since it did help me financially. thanks.
