Excellent customer service and quality product

I never received tracking information for the product that I ordered and I didn’t receive my complete order that I paid for. The staff was very helpful in finally tracking my shipment but it was still a disappointing experience.

Responsive and great product. Saved $4 a square foot over the local company. Will use again for sure.

I've ordered 4 times already, and no problems at all. Great for the price.

Delivery was 2 weeks late
There was no communication as to shipping .expected delivery..in route .. delays..nothing. I had to jump through hoops and call constantly to get my info...
Dean Torres said he would get info and get back to me..for over a week I couldn't get answers..no one would answer my calls or tell me garbage

Therefore..I will not recommend you
I will not use your services again.
I will not look forwards to hearing any of my counterparts used you for there needs

Not even a recommendation to be refunded for the almost $500.00 I was out for delivery and shipping fees.

Customer service was good. The product was horrible. It was vinyl plank on sale. Now we know why it was for sale. It had so much glue adhesive on the back it got on everything. The paper back came off in pieces. We had to used goo gone to get it off our hands and floor. It was the worst experience. Never again

I had to wait two weeks more to get my shipment when my shipment actually got to a terminal in my state s's the delivery company could not deliver my tile due to the fact that their equipment only had 1500 limit on it and each one of my pallets was I had to hire people to come in and break down the pallets and lessen the weight I've had to call every day to see where my order was it has been at the estes terminal since January the 29th and I'm still waiting for it to get here on the 4th of February I've actually had a very horrible time with this and I'm not happy at all

Product is great delivery is amazing I would buy from them over and over!

The product that arrived did not match our order, so we rejected the shipment. Customer service was terrible and told us that we would be paying for the cost of shipment to us and also back, along with a restocking fee. We have tried calling. And talking to multiple people to see what could be done and no one will return our calls or they are always busy or out of the office conveniently when we call to follow up. Had our customer service experience been different, we would have been okay with reordering. We will never use this company again.

The website should not COMPLETE the transaction if the ORDER has not met shipment minimums. My order went through but was never shipped because it was too small of an order. It should have never gone through. Make it so this is caught at checkout.

Flooring arrived in good condition and was exactly what I was hoping for.

Great quality of hardwood floor also price is good. Me and my wife we ordered 1100 sf. 8" wide planks engineering floor. Installed bymyself.recommend bostic glue. That glue holds pretty well. I glue down and stapled with flooring gun to new plywood subfloor. Before I chosen my floor I went to few different stores with floor ( floor decor, lumber liquidator; lowes and homedepot) also get some samples from those stores and other websites. So far gohardwood.com gave me the best deal and quality. I been in construction business for many years and I like to put good staff in my house because everything I do I do it bymyself. Highly recommend to everyone who trying to find good deal on market looking for floor.
