Arrived when expected and in good condition

Purchased my item ok, using voucher, then had two emails telling me i could still by it, which was rather confusing. Also the same item was on Amazon at same price without any of the confusion of buying vouchers and then using them and paying postage before i got the item i wanted

I was a bit worried about my delivery after reading loads of negative comments, but I've received it and I'm happy and just ordered 2 more items.

Absolute scammers!! Do not go near the site stay well away! Needs closing down!

I placed the order and was constantly advised when the parcel was going to be delivered and it arrived in a few days.

Fire pit is great value and easy to assemble. Only issue was delivery - left on front door step on main street with no notification, thankfully neighbour saw it and took it in before anyone could steal it!!

The watch I received was ticking and clearly not new. I cannot find link to send it back. Afraid you have lost a customer who will no longer be shopping with go groopie.

Don’t use this company. I brought a gazebo from them the driver left it outside my house took pictures and said it was delivered. When I got home it was missing. The original email says we will try to deliver your order today if no one is home we will leave card so you can rearrange delivery well that didn’t happen now they are saying they can’t help me.

The shrubs arrived on time and beautifully packaged to ensure no damage to the plants. All plants were in great condition and very colourful.Excellent.

Easy to complete your purchase, clear instructions on how to redeem your voucher. Pleased with the product ( i was expecting flimsy paper tissue) but it was'nt and i will certainly be ordering again. Very pleased with the delivery time also.

I have shopped with go groupie for some time now,and have only had a problem once . I ordered some pet scales about 2months ago,and have heard nothing since. I found it impossible to contact go groopie,so had to give up on it. Because I really needed them,I have tried again to order the pet scales,and I'm hoping to receive them soon. If not,I fear I must give up completely.

I bought this cushion because I have a bad back and hoped it would help with my posture and ability to sit for more than just a few minutes at a time, which it has. It's very supportive, with a memory-foam cushion that retains its shape. The cover is removable for washing when needed, and acts to prevent me from slipping off the cushion. Very comfortable too.
