Excellent product and excellent service!

I bought a used desktop which was in new condition. The customer service was excellent, even after sales. The webcam I also bought is of high quality. I'm absolutely impressed!

The refurbished Dell I purchased then performed flawlessly right up until this week, a true testament to the standard they uphold.

It’s already been a challenging year (2026 hasn’t pulled any punches) and after recently dealing with a bus crashing into your car, you come home to find your laptop completely dead. Years of notes, assignments, and preparation were suddenly inaccessible. Panic doesn’t even begin to describe it.

The service I received was beyond exceptional. I got updates and was able to track the order from the moment the order was finalised until the order made it to my hands at an unexpectedly high speed. I love that my laptop feels almost new with little to no dents. Rather than it feeling like a pre-owned good, it feels like it was pre-loved and I just love it so much and kind of honoured to be the one who gets to take good care of it now. So, overall, I am exceptionally pleased with the experience and would 100% recommend Go Gadgets to anyone as I did to my roommate who also ended up buying a pre-loved good a few days ago.

Fast Delivery and no issues.

Very happy with the product and the service. Bought an all in one PC and the shipment was very quick. The PC is exactly as advertised and in perfect condition. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Very happy customer here, thank you.

We purchased two all‑in‑one computers from Go Gadgets for school use. Within a month, the first computer developed a black dot in the bottom left corner, which quickly spread upward across the screen and turned into green and red stripes. I reported this issue as soon as it became apparent.

Shortly thereafter, the second computer developed a similar fault, this time starting with a black dot in the bottom right corner.

When the computers were returned to Go Gadgets, the owner, Bennie, shouted at me and insisted the damage was caused by user abuse, implying that my children (both in high school) had hit or damaged the screens. This accusation is completely unfounded.

Not everyone is a millionaire, and we cannot afford to lose money on faulty equipment—especially when issues are reported immediately. I had to purchase another computer (fortunately from another source) so my son could continue with his schoolwork.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The attitude displayed was unprofessional, dismissive, and unacceptable. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
