A big thank you to Charlotte’s team, especially Danielle who guided us through the purchase. This was very helpful, with I and my partner being first time buyers.

She was really quick to respond to any issues we had and kept us informed at all stages of the purchasing process, raising additional enquiries and chasing things up for us when needed.

I have used the firm before and for this sale they were my first choice of solicitors, throughout the sale of my property I have always found them professional and prompt in answering any of my questions however trivial

I felt that the proactivity of the solicitor was very lacking, I found her updates abrupt and very jargony, and whenever I asked for an update I felt like an inconvenience. My sale was only progressed with the proactivity of a conveyancing assistant who I found to be very effective and informative, but the solicitors communication was not good. I also made a lot of ground by taking matters into my own hands, contacting other stakeholders myself to move it along. Very little empathy for a stressful experience shown.

Goddard Dunbar are in the process of sorting out McClures Solicitors mess who have gone into administration. The person dealing with us at Goddard Dunbar Paul, has been clear and gave an explanation of what was required. Pleased to say the procedures that were to be taken are now in place, the cost for Goddard Dunbar to do this is nearly two thirds less than Jones Whyte quoted! (who are the main company dealing with McClures)

Communication was excellent from Hannah who responded to each and every email the same day answering my questions with clarity and precision, no ambiguity at all which was very refreshing, helpful to say the least. I have recently moved house, which was a process that took us 5 months..Emma Lanza was our conveyancing solicitor. She was absolutely fantastic, patient, professional and put up with my endless emails and contacts! I would absolutely recommend Emma and her team to anyone. We were very lucky to have the support of such a super firm....do not go anywhere else!!

Emma Lanza and her team handled the sale of our property and from the outset they provided an extremely efficient service. All of the communications we received were clearly explained and any phone calls we made were quickly answered and our queries dealt with. Given that we are living 3,000 miles away from the property we were selling and most of the communications were by email we encountered no problems and couldn't believe how easy the process was made by Emma and her team. It took just 8 weeks for the sale to be completed.

At a very stressful and anxious time Mr Paul Finn and his assistant Abbi Roberts were efficient, helpful and reassuring. Abbi always had the time to answer any questions we had and kept us updated throughout the process.

Goddard Dunbar were a fantastic and efficient solicitor for us. They handled three remortgages, one new mortgage and a property equity transfer. They were always contactable, responsive and took the stress out of moving property.
