Не рекомендую цей магазин, якість сукні дуже погана,сервіс взагалі жахливий!Я замовляла сукню на початку грудня 2024 року, за кордон, а в лютому коли почала виясняти де моє замовлення виявилось, що моя посилка десь загубилася, я звязалася з магазином і пояснила що
я не отримала ще моє замовлення, на що вони почали казати що у них в системі показує що я отримала мою посилку!Яку я в очі не бачила!Потім вони мені порекомендували самій шукати мою посилку, бо вони не повинні займатися питання з службою доставки, це начебто не їх проблеми, вони просто магазин 🤯.Але після довгих тижнів переписки з службами доставки я нарешті надала їм докази , що посилку я не отримувала і що вона через якусь помилку була повернена назад до відправника.І вже після цього їхня риторика змінилась, вони сказали що я можу знову замовити в них сукню яку я хочу, і вони її відправлять мені, я замовила і ще чекала місяць, і коли я отримала мою сукню нарешті, то була дуже розчарована що на це я витратила так багато мого часу, нервів і коштів!Якість сукні як з "Тему", жах!

Ми завжди намагаємося допомагати — навіть у тих випадках, які формально не є нашою відповідальністю. У міжнародній доставці ключову роль відіграє саме отримувач: лише він має доступ до локальної пошти своєї країни й може отримати офіційне роз’яснення щодо переміщення відправлення.
Коли ви повідомили, що не отримали посилку, ми провели перевірку — і за трек-номером, і через поштову службу статус значився як «вручено». Незважаючи на це, ми неодноразово просили вас звернутися в свою службу доставки, адже лише отримувач має право відкривати таке розслідування. І тільки згодом, після кількох пояснень, ви це зробили.
Коли ви надали підтвердження, що посилка була загублена — ми без вагань взяли всі витрати на себе. Перше замовлення вже було пошито й надіслано, але ми вдруге виготовили для вас сукню, повторно її спакували та оплатили ще одну міжнародну доставку. Тобто фактично це замовлення обійшлося нам удвічі дорожче. Жодної компенсації від перевізника ми досі не отримали — і вже навряд чи отримаємо. Але для нас було важливо, щоб ви не залишилися задоволеною🙏🏻
Ми щиро хотіли, порадувати вас — навіть попри непростий шлях до результату.
Шкода, що ви побачили в цій ситуації лише проблему.

This business is a fraud
They do not deliver items on time — or at all — and use missile attacks in Ukraine as an excuse. The problem is that nowhere on their website do they provide any information about the legal entity operating the business, nor do they share such details upon request. The payment was processed through a UK-registered bank account, and there is no indication that the business — or any part of it — is actually based in Ukraine.
Any attempt to pursue legal action is pointless, as they deliberately withhold all identifying information. This alone is enough to qualify them as fraudulent. I will never order from this site again.
Stay away from this store and support trustworthy, transparent Ukrainian businesses instead.

We do not use external factors as excuses, but we also don’t pretend they don’t exist. We are based in Ukraine and continue to operate through circumstances that are, at times, beyond our control. Despite this, your order was fulfilled on time.
Regarding legal transparency: our business is officially registered and fully legitimate. When appropriate and requested through proper business channels, we provide documentation. As for international payment systems — they are standard practice for global commerce and not an indicator of illegitimacy.

You had placed an order ahead of an important event, and unfortunately, due to external circumstances — we are based in Ukraine, where the war continues — we were unable to meet your timeline.
Once we realized we couldn’t deliver on time, we promptly offered a refund, and you received your money back without issue.
Your last message to us was full of gratitude — and unfortunately, Trustpilot does not allow us to attach that message here as proof.
We don’t hide from challenges. Yes, we work under difficult conditions. But even so, we act transparently, respectfully, and fairly.

Egle, we truly don’t understand why you chose to publish such a misleading statement — especially considering that none of your claims match the actual facts.
Your order was placed on October 17 and shipped on October 30.
As stated clearly on our website, production takes near 15 business days — and in your case, we shipped in just 9 business days, well within that timeline.
We’ve reviewed all our systems: email, support platforms, order logs. There was no message from you.
No contact, no complaint, and no request for a refund — and certainly, no “ignoring,” because no communication was ever received from your side.
Your parcel was shipped on time, and we hold full documentation.
We don’t know what exactly led to this public accusation.
But what we do know is this: we did our job — properly, on time, and with full integrity.
And with that, we have nothing more to add.

Malgré cela, nous avons été en contact avec vous chaque jour, en répondant à chacun de vos messages. Dès que vous nous avez informés que la robe ne serait plus utile après une certaine date, nous avons effectué le remboursement le jour même.
Nous avons fait preuve de transparence et de réactivité, même si le malentendu initial ne dépendait pas de nous.

SCAM!! Took my money, but didn’t send me my order.
I ordered a shirt on 3/31/25. Today is 5/18/25. I still have not received my shirt. When I emailed the company the first time they said give it a few more days. The next I emailed them I told them I haven’t received my order and wanted a refund. They replied that my ordered was delivered on a specific day and time in April. I informed them that I checked my Ring camera for that day and time and there was no delivery. My regular mail was the only thing delivered on that day and it was delivered 21/2 hours later. Then they replied that it was held up in customs. They completely lied.

Every single shipped order is accompanied by a tracking number that we send to the customer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the courier. We are not a delivery company — once the package is in the hands of the shipping service, they are fully responsible for its handling and delivery. If any delivery problem arises, it is the courier that must be contacted, using the tracking information we provide.

You placed an order without reviewing the production timeline, which is clearly stated in our terms and available publicly. Nevertheless, we completed your order strictly within the timeframe stated on our website.
Throughout the entire process, our managers were in touch with you and responded every two days, providing updates on the status of your order.
After the item was shipped, a tracking number was automatically sent to you, as is the case with every order. When you mentioned you couldn’t find the shipping information, we resent the tracking details again.
We also showed care and asked if you needed any additional documents (such as an invoice) to help ensure you could receive your parcel without delays. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you.
Therefore, we fulfilled all our obligations: the item was produced and shipped on time, we maintained consistent communication, and we provided all the necessary documentation. We are truly sorry that despite this, you remain dissatisfied.

Gedurende het hele proces stonden onze medewerkers in contact met u en reageerden om de twee dagen met updates over de status van uw bestelling.

Definitely my favorite store!
I ordered 13 items including dresses, sets, pants and jackets. Everything is perfect! The quality is amazing, the sizing was spot on, and everything arrived exactly as promised. I’m seriously impressed! Definitely will be shipping here again😍
