I have been doing surveys for the last couple of months as I am disabled n dnt go out much cos of covid so to do something and earn a little great the first time I came to redeem my points it’s was fine went smoothly so this time I thought I’d let it build a bit to £31.40 but it won’t let me redeem my points and keeps saying my account has a security block in it , it also won’t let me do anymore surveys I have emailed and emailed for the lasy week and have had no response I know these companies get paid money to give for surveys but it seems they are keeping the money also you can do a survey and get to nearly the end and it will kick you off I’m totally disappointed in this company I will be contacting financial ombudsman to report this company as I have read reviews and this happens a lot with no explanation for it but there still being paid disgusting it will be interesting to see what they say iv done wrong which is comical, as the reviews iv read there is a response from them saying yes flags were raised that’s why ???? So they think they can just say flags were raised (and keep the money there’s a pattern here ) so let’s see what they can say a disabled woman can do from her phone that’s wrong enough to stop payout and saying there were flags is not good enough, this company is not a uk company but usa, also iv just tried again to redeem my points and still it’s says my account has a security block on it when I looked at the bottom of the webpage they claim to have 5stars with trust pilot errrr no you don’t have that it is misleading us who do the surveys. Let’s see how long they take and if there going to say “yes there were flags on your account how can that be I’m a 46yr disabled woman what could I have possibly done wrong only ever answered my surveys truthfully from my point of view not what I thought they’d want to hear. To have £31.40 to redeem is a lot of hours doing surveys trust me so to loose it and without any notification or warning is disgusting as I said at the start these companies get paid to pay us to do the surveys for there companies so where is all the money that people dnt get because they say there were flags and stop payout without a full explanation and a chance to answer said accusations???????,

Registered recently and have got plenty of mails every hour. Attempted lots of surveys and after spending at least 15 minutes & answering plenty of questions in most surveys, they say you are not exact match. Almost 90% of the surveys are like this and I just wasted few days. Not worth trying.
