Called to be let in and then said he did not have my package, however he was not even at the right building. I did not receive another tracking number and have no idea who to contact. The customer service is nonexistent.

Very bad experience, they don't respond to your calls, text messages.... No proper communication.... Only send the email and text messages when they are reaching.... They don't listen to you whether you are available they don't respond to text if you have instructions and recommendations... Completely blind commutation.....I placed a pickup for mattress from IKEA... wasted a day...

This company is an absolute scam, lost my order( most probably stolen)
I contacted the retailer, they sent me another order. Every other day they’d send a notification order is on its way and never gets delivered. No point of direct contact, 100% unreliable. Awful!!!

Do not choose this delivery company. I am sure most of the time they get it right but it is apparent that Go Bolt has absolutely no interest in rectifying their mistakes.

My first package got stolen after the delivery guy abandoned the package by my building entrance, the instructions they received weren't followed, then I got a new replacement package, I took the day off to be at home so I can get it and driver didn't even stopped at my building and then I get a notification of an attempted delivery when is a lie! They're far from being professional and efficient.
Professional services
I had a great experience with the delivery today. The two movers, Harpal and Germanpreet, were super professional and polite. They messaged and called before arriving, and when they came in, they asked where I wanted everything placed and whether they should take off their shoes.
They handled all the furniture very carefully and were very respectful throughout the whole process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. Really appreciate their great service!
Boycott GoBolt and Companies that use it!!!!
I'm done ordering from Lululemon, they use GoBolt and they deliberately refuse to answer any of my emails regarding delivery instructions and Lululemon refuses to take any responsibility for it either. GoBolt attempted delivery late hours in the day, and when I told them on multiple occasions when to deliver and they reassured me they sent my package back. I am constantly having issues, they have 0 customer service efforts. I would much rather FedEx, UPS or Canada Post at this point it's ridiculous!

The driver called when he wasn't sure what to do bc my unit is not in the building. I do not have a buzzer and it can be confusing. Instead of just leaving he called and I got my package. I appreciate that 1 little extra effort made a huge difference to my delivery experience.
Literally Canada Post will do a better job
Repeated issues with delivery instructions not followed even if I leave large notes outside. Packages left outside building and reps will lie. Customer service is dismal and you can never speak to a real person. I’ve gotten 2 emails that are exactly the same that reference an issue that’s not even there so I believe it’s some automated system. Really frustrating! They also had possession of a parcel that originated in Richmond BC but still took 5 business days to deliver to me in Vancouver BC. Might as well use Canada post.

Delivery driver left my box by a random apartment (not on the same floor as my unit) in my building when they couldn't find my unit. My unit is on the first floor and there is a sign in the lobby saying that it is on the first floor, at the back of the building. The only reason this is getting 2 stars is because they let me know which unit they left it by. My building doesn't have an elevator. Had I been disabled, I would have been unable to collect my package. I am unsure why they didn't just leave it in the lobby when they couldn't find my unit.

The driver calls me from outside my building and I tell him what my building number is and my buzzer code. I tell him to leave the package outside of my unit number as is the normal procedure for delivering to condo units.
I buzz him in and a few hours later I get a picture by email that he delivered it to the community mailbox in the building.
Guess what? No package! I have no idea where it is now.
I’m trying to figure it out but what a horrible thing to happen.
