Allways delayed, this time 3 times cancelation of delivery
Won’t be buying from roobear kids anymore because they use this carrier

Incompetent delivery service. A guy called me and asked, point blank, "What's your address?". I had to ask who he was and why was he asking this. He then told me he was trying to deliver a parcel. We worked out the he inverted my street number and my appartment number (went to "X Streetname Blvd, apt 1234" instead of "1234 Streetname Blvd, apt X"). Marked me as unavailble in system and didn't hear from them since. Impossible to change address in system as it tells me I'm in another country (I'm not, and I'm not using a VPN).

GoBolt help center is of no help and it's impossible to reach them.

Do not do business with them. Do not do business with anyonr who uses them.

Both guys were very kind and efficient. The delivery was quick and everything arrived complete. My building doesn’t have an elevator, so it was more work for them since we’re on the 3rd floor, but they were very respectful and careful.

I rated this elsewhere. Not sure if this is a duplicate. I was very pleased with the delivery. The men who delivered it were kind and helpful!

C’est la pire livraison que j’ai eue. Deux fois j’ai attendu toute la journée, on m’a dit que c’était en route, mais personne n’est venu et aucune nouvelle. Service très mauvais, aucune communication. Je suis vraiment déçu

Delivery was a bt slow but the delivery person rang my intercom to let me know the package had arrived. Great servce. Tracking was great.

Les livreur m'ont prévenus avant d'arriver et lors de leur arrivée, tel que prévu, le service était impeccable et ils ont pris soin de déposer les cartons devant la porte, très serviable.

The worst experience
I had with a delivery company.
I purchesed a complete kitchen from Ikea.The order has been splitted in two with different numbers. Both were schedulled to be delivered to my house on december 27th. I received jus one command (80 packages), but not the second one (42 packages for a tota value of 2000$). However they “ completed” both commands and notify me by email. They attached the wrong proof to the order that has not been delivered. I tried to contact them but I didn’t find any option than to “chat” with their robot which is useless. Now, I cannot start my kitchen renovation and the Ikea customer service is useless too…I call every day and talk to oter agents , I re-explain my case over and over, and nothing seems to be done yet… So much stress that I don’t really deserve at this moment

He puts all my stuff im front of the door in a safe place. Thanks for the good job
