Thieves,liars on repeat

If I could rate them lower I would. Complete clown show, the customer service chat is with a dumb robot, the humans are worse. 1st my card expires in February, there was no previous communication to inform me what the procedure to get an updated cards is. I find out my card was deactivated at the grocery store, great fun. When I go on the app it asks to register my new card....what new card I didn't know I was sent one. Now it's 4 days till pay day and I can't access my money because I now have to wait another 24 hours to expedite another card. To be clear, this will be the 3rd card.....1 and 2 are in the universe somewhere. Why wasn't I notified, why did customer service not give me the option at first to expedite the card,and why did the csr hang up on me. It's already super hard getting someone on the phone only to be treated like crap, all they do is repeat themselves and are extremely rude about it. MY MONEY IS GETTING READY TO BE HELD HOSTAGE AND I DONT HAVE ANY RECOURSE. DO NOT USE THEM. COMPLETELY WORTHLESS RUDE AND A WASTE OF TIME.

Fake scam bank

Wow. Do NOT sign up for these guys!! There is absolutely NO way to get in contact with them, phone is just a rude robot that tells you to go online for help but online there is absolutely nothing. Also no response from email. Was this site just made by a bunch of kids who just up and left 6 months ago?

DONT GO WITH GOBANK…

Definetly not liking the new change been on hold for 2 hours trying to speak to a manager. Lady lied to me and said my account wouldnt be blocked now and it was. Im not getting any help no one seems to know what theyre doing. Lady was on the phone rudely having a celebration with her family in the background. Second they dont understand you nor do will you understand them. They finally closed my dispute to unblock my card. Now i must go down to the place and get my own money back thanks for nothing.

Buyer Beware!!!

I needed to close my account because they are starting an annual fee. I was on hold for 2 hours before I got an agent. She claimed the account could not be closed until the balance is zero, even though their site says a check will be mailed. I tried reducing the account to zero but they keep giving cash back. So when I got no help with the first agent I asked to speak with a supervisor or someone who spoke better English. Back on hold for 30 minutes. Eventually I got the account closed, but it took 3 hours. Not acceptable!

UBER AND GO BANK SUCK

Called 11/29 when I noticed that fraud charges were on card and I lost 329.08. I filled out the so called Fraud Report, sent via certified mail. Get email 11/30 from this POS of a company claiming my Driver License was expired and they would not issue another card until this was corrected. Hello!!!!! My DL expires in 2029. Guess reading is optional at this place.

Cannot reach anyone for help so next step is ANOTHER case filed with FDIC and Ca Better Business Bureau.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!!!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS CARD. I had to use in beginning since yet another of Uber lies told us we needed a Go Bank card.

Guess Uber and Go Bank found another way to screw people over.

If I could give a 0 star, I would!! 9 times out of 10 after inputting all required info asked, it either HANGS UP immediately, Or somehow or other they don't seem to hear what I'm saying so much that have to run it out of my house outside in the middle of the street, (it's not my connection because I have full bars in and outside) STILL to no avail. They make you go through hoops to connect you're Uber go bank debit card with your account That Uber requires you to have to be able to get instant pay out after your deliveries are completed.They say (gobank) it's not them You can Link your own debit card and pay a tiny fee of 50 cents. If you are willing to pay that everytime, then DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS CRAP GOBANK OR GOBANK2 account. Just to get instant cash out daily for free. Go bank You're useless! It asks you below what date the incident occurred. Of course the real response is MANY TIMES and days, so did not just happen on the day below here.

Runnnnnnnnnnnn , runnnnnnn. Unless you have money you want to lose DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE GOBANK, you'll be sooooo sorry. Don't even give your kids this prepaid card. Their FRAUDS and they will steal your $$ and act like they can't understand what you are saying or hear what you are saying over the phone BUT they will hear you loud and clear when you're setting up an account.

When I called Uber gobank customer…

When I called Uber gobank customer service for help. They didn't help me at all. They kept giving me the run around. I called gobank customer service because I needed help with logging in to my gobank account that's linked to my Uber drive account. I couldn't get into my gobank account at all no matter what method I tried. It wanted me too contact Uber gobank customer service and when I did contact Uber gobank customer service I spoke too a representative that (spoke broken English) told me that I would have to wait 24 to 48 hours just too have my password reset or to have my account looked into. Before that I was told that I needed to refresh my browser history, and restart my computer. Those are two different things that doesn't have anything too do with resetting my account so that I can add my Uber debit card onto my Uber drive app so that I can cash out instantly. But Uber gobank representative needs to be fired and hire someone that can speak proper English (NOT BROKEN ENGLISH) and that's going to do their job. And they are no help at all. All they could have done was reset my password or fix whatever that was wrong with my account instead of making me wait a couple days to fix something so simple. Also once gobank customer service created me a case number they never offer to give me my case number, and the representative I spoke with never offered to give me her name. She was rude and she didn't NOT do her job at all. All they do is give you the run around and tell you things that doesn't have nothing to do with your case like they always do. If I could give zero stars I would.

if i could give a zero i would. activated my card but was never able to register the card. when you call the customer service people are not helpful at all its like they don't know how to do their job they always say its nothing they can do so why even have a customer service line when you cant help the customer. I've called 3 times and couldn't get any help all 3 times . don't waste your time its the worse

GoBank totally sucks, The Uber Debit Card was registered; but never has worked. Go to Customer service on line, or call, and they keep asking me the information "Card number" "Social and DOB" only be told "we can not find that information" like Uber's crap hole, reckless, Consumer careless, customer service. GoBank aka Green Dot Banking, is totally unreliable,

I also wish I could rate ZERO! My card was connected to Uber. The card expired, I wasn't sent a new card and I had moved. I had a forward with the USPS to my new address. GoBank was not able to forward, apparently. I called them to update my address. They said they would do that and never did. They said they'd send a check for my remaining balance. They never did. I called them again and they said they would update the address and send a check. They never did. Either the customer service is incompetent, or the entire company is corrupt. For sure, they are liars. Never do business with this company. They will take your money!!! As time passes, you can't even speak to a person. The phone tree cuts you off. This is no way for a legitimate company to operate.

Yea same here I haven’t ubered in in 2-3 years and I got cyber hacked. All the stimulus checks were put into the account apparently, that is what the IRS told me, so I called go bank they told me that account was hacked/compromised, the person that hacked and stole all my money changed my username, password, address, phone number, so go bank suggested me to file a dispute so I opened a dispute on 11/9/21, for 9k.

then I call on a different date, send a letter to the PO Box in California, sent emails, with proof of who I am, they then tell me it’s still pending, and my new claim is amount is up to 13k.

At this point I have the local authorities, detective, because go bank has sent my dispute paperwork with my personal information to a address in the IL, and go bank now tells me the dispute is now up to 22k.

I wish I could give a ZERO

I wish I could give a ZERO. My uber Go Bank card was closed. There was approximately $18 left. A check was mailed approximately November 17,2021. I no longer reside a the address so the the check was returned. As a former retired USPS employee. My new address would of appeared on the returned mail since it wasn't forwarded. Fast forward to January 10,2022. I started inquiring via phone about the issue.
Problem #1 why do I have to go through CHAT.
I DID THAT AND IT WAS HORRIBLE.I wasn't provided any case number or further instructions.

Problem #2 why do I have to push another option to speak to a live agent. I finally got through and was able to correspond with someone that needed my new license and a utility bill. USPS gave you my new address. If you felt that you needed my confirmation. How come this whatever kinda of bank this is didn't reach out to me via new address(which was printed on returned check),email, or telephone.

Problem #3 I did what they ask and even had a case number. I haven't got ANY CONFIRMATION about the items I send and they would be working on cutting a new check. NOTHING so I did a follow up.I had the rudest agent. still not letting me know if my new address verification even reached them.

IT'S ABOUT THE PRINCIPLE NOW!!!
I haven't ubered in over two years. I received the notice and figured the check was on it's way.
Well if I didn't inquire.THEY WERE GOING TO KEEP MY MONEY. They will not try to resolve the issue unless you call. Yes it's only $18 but it is mine. This bank was provide my new address from the USPS and also by me 10 days ago but the agent states they are still working on it.

Advice to any UBER DRIVERS if you stop using the platform.PLEASE WITHDRAW EVERY PENNY because this bank sent me through a war and back and still haven't issued me a check yet. No wonder you can't get a live agent. THEY WILL KEEP ANY UNCLAIMED MONEY.

I cannot reach a human being!!! And there is no email address for customer service either. Very frustrating! So I am tearing up this useless debit card. I activated it for Uber usage and the GoBank system does not recognize my card number or SSN.
