Planned a trip to Rajasthan. The agent forgot to mention that all hotels are vegetarian only. Worst trip planning ever. His interest was only to spend more days in Rajasthan, so he could get more commission. The agent mentioned activities on the itinerary, and almost 80% activities were not paid for. We had to pay out of pocket for all planned activities in the itinerary. When we asked questions about these issues, he threatened to cancel our trip in the middle of our holiday. It was a nightmare trip. We found mosquitoes in our food. There were only 2-3 options in vegetarian food. We have young kids, and they wanted this trip to end as soon as possible. Avoid this company at all cost.

Plz don't book from this agency. I want to give below one star if it allow me.
i made booking with them for kazaksthan trip for nov month and paid 25k advance but before 20 days of trip they ask me preponed the trip or cancelled my trip bcoz other members cancelled their trip.
I lost 16k for my flight cancellation and when iam asking for advance amount refund they are giving just excuses by sending mail or msg.
From yesterday they are not even replying to my msg or mail.

After I shared an honest review on Google to warn others, they went as far as to threaten me saying they won’t issue my refund unless I remove the review and if I remove will issue credit note.
This experience has been nothing but a financial and emotional drain. I believe that no customer should be treated this way. I hope Go4Explorer will step up and take responsibility by issuing a refund and ceasing their unprofessional behavior.
