Don't bother wasting your time
Don't bother wasting your time. We are a small business that was looking for a new supplier of retail labels for our niche cosmetics. We submitted a sample request to this company via their free sample request form. Craig their director contacted off the back of the sample request to ask for information regarding potential order size. We replied on the 21st May with the details and one can only assume that the order size (200 labels a month) wasn't worth them spending £1.55 on postage to send out the couple of free samples requested as we didn't get the courtesy of a response to that email or the email we sent on the 3rd June asking when we could expect receipt of the samples which of course we have never received!!

Hi Klive, I'm sorry to hear that your samples still have not arrived, please can you get in touch with either Craig or the sales team, we can't locate your email name of (Klive) I can assure you that samples would have been sent. As a company we always ask more questions as to why you're requesting, total order amount and to make sure it's the correct label needed for application. So if you can please reach out to Craig or sales@go2products then we will get some more samples sent if they've gone missing in the post.

Super fast delivery and the labels ideal for my food storage jars which need changing regularly without me having to battle a sticky residue.
