Setting the standard - Connor is superb
Setting the standard other companies could learn from.
Call answered quickly by a fluent English speaker bodes well and makes a real difference compared to overseas call centres.
Connor was friendly, knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was talking about which is very reassuring.
Far better than AI nonsense and endless button pushing.
THANK YOU

Polestar 2 Wheel Refurb, great job!
Wow, an incredible job done by Stephen Farrell at go smart repair! My wheel had severe scuffing and scraping around 80% of the rim of the wheel, given the dual colouring it was a difficult wheel to work on. I cannot see where the repair has been done! Very, very happy with the repair work carried out by Stephen, great job!
