My booking experience was great, answered all our questions, went above and beyond to make sure we booked our holiday the same day and within our budget. I would highly recommend going here to book they are fantastic.

Mel has provided me with 2 holidays this year, which were both moved due to Covid. She ensured we didn’t lose out due to Covid. I have only once booked with Mel at GlynEbbw Trzvel and she was brilliant at the service she provided and with the help we needed. I did not give 4 or 5 stars because of how the holiday started which had no reflection on Mel

I went in to see if a holiday was cheaper here . The lady there was just ready to go home she stayed and offered to look for me . This was amazing within five minutes she had found the holiday priced it up and written it down for me . Mel gave me her number and said to message if I wanted to book or needed any more information. Mel then booked everything for me and I did a bank transfer .I have never had a holiday booked so quickly and efficiently by anybody and would recommend her and the service to anyone booking a holiday . She has worked in travel for a few years and has booked holidays for me before . Mel is really good and went out of her way for me and that is excellent customer service. I will definitely book with her again . Thank you Mel I really appreciated you went above and beyond even though I didn’t say it’s also my honeymoon until after .

Well what can I say but 1st class service all the way! Went in to book a holiday for just me and my partner after looking online and getting myself into a right mess second guessing myself I went to see mel and thank god I did! We sat down and told her what we were looking for and my gosh did she know her stuff! Straight away found us not only an amazing deal with jet to holidays but an adult only hotel in grand canaria. Me and my partner fell in love with the place and will be returning in less than 7 weeks. I honestly cannot recommend this lady enough... friendly helpful funny and charming 😀 as I said above she really knows her stuff and won't be booking with anyone else in the future xxxxx

Melanie at Glyn travel ebbw vale is an amazing travel agent. helps you find exactly the right holiday to suit your budget and makes sure everything is perfect. used her so many times and every time she doesnt dissapoint. awsome service , always sorting out problems and issues when necessary , sorted all our issues out in covid immediately, so impressive.
