Terrible company who don't take care of their games. Loads of bugs and glitches with no effort to fix them. Spent a fair amount of money on one of their games and lost all progress during one of their glitches. Would not refund my money and did not care at all.

Dernièrement c'est pire malgré avoir passé par les méthodes habituelles et les preuves d'achats pour le pack du débutant dans le jeu RAID tap joy refusent de récompenser et disent que c'est l'annonceur qui ne veux pas.J'ai essayé de plusieurs façons et à maintes reprises mais toujours la même réponse. J'ai bien lu les termes et conditions, je me suis assurée d'être éligible J'ai fait un achat de 45,98$ CAN et je devais recevoir 840 000 diamants c'est une perte d'argent.
a few days ago, Design Home had a big glitch in the game. During the glitch, which went on for hours, people were able to download free diamonds.. so when Design Home fixed the glitch, they took the diamonds back from our accounts. This is fine. I have no problem with that.. a couple of days later after I thought this was all fixed and I purchased $200 worth of diamonds. I had them overnight and then I open the game up and found that they had drained those out of my account also. I went and complained and even sent them a screenshot of my receipt proving that I had paid for the diamonds and they refused to refund me and give me no good reason why.
GLU is the organisation who bought Gamespy's Server services and decided killed it. Thus ruined 1000s of games with no way for the game developers to keep their games as is.
GLU managed to ruin the ability to preserving and play old games with its incompetence and greed.
