I recently had the pleasure of completing a project management course with GLP. The course itself was structured, comprehensive, and offered real, practical skills that I could immediately apply in my line of work.
What truly made this experience stand out were the incredible tutors who guided me every step of the way— Kelly Chamberlain and maths wizard tutor Trudi Hannon-Homer.
Kelly, my personal tutor, was a true gem. Her approach to teaching was not only professional but also genuinely caring. She took the time to understand my learning style, provided insightful feedback, and was always available to help when I had questions or needed clarification. Kelly's support wasn’t just about helping me pass the course—she helped me grow as a person, gave me confidence for public speaking and accomplish exactly what I needed to be a project manager, ensuring that I really understood the material and how to apply it effectively.
Trudi, my maths (genius) tutor, was equally outstanding. She made complex mathematical concepts (that would be a test for countdown) seem simple and understandable, breaking things down into manageable pieces. Her patience and ability to explain things from multiple angles was invaluable, and it made all the difference when tackling some of the more challenging aspects of the course. Trudi’s assistant on the day of my test was also fully supportive and patient.

Together, Kelly and Trudi made an excellent team, and I feel truly blessed and fortunate to have had their guidance. If you're thinking about taking a course with GLP, I would recommend GLP to others but especially if they were lucky enough to have these two guide you along the journey and I'm confident they’ll do the same for you!

I did a facility management course with them everything was alright apart from the teacher begging us to give them 5 stars on Trustpilot which is very much against the British Values that they thought us in the course. The request was made 3 days before the last of course and I didn't like it.

I am nearing the end of my apprenticeship and can say I have surprised myself with how much I have enjoyed learning.
The course is structured in such a way it is presented in manageable sections and doesn't feel like you are taking on too much. I am not a natural public speaker but due to the smaller groups, I feel confident to speak up and share my ideas during sessions.
David has been an excellent tutor, he is always available for help and advice and has been very encouraging throughout my learning.
I also had a devasting personal issue at the start of my apprenticeship and would like to acknowledge David's compassion and support both at the time and since.
I have enjoyed my apprentice journey so far and would recommend anyone to GLP.

David has been an incredible tutor—patient, knowledgeable, and always encouraging and guidance is equally invaluable. Their dedication makes my apprenticeship both rewarding and enjoyable. Highly recommend GLPTraining!

The support I received from Tony Oxford throughout the Level 3 Improvement Technician course was excellent, he was very clear when delivering the classroom sessions and was always on hand if I needed any advise. Tony has made me feel more confident in delivering my end point assessment. Tony was a pleasure to work alongside as I'm sure, other people that have been tutored by him would agree.

Have had a great experience in my training. Mike has been a brilliant help and a top-notch tutor.

Mike made the course easy to understand and provided a fun working environment. I would highly recommend the course to anyone eager to get into construction.

I had a great experience completing my apprenticeship with GLP Training. Material was presented and taught in a clear and engaging manner. My trainers were hands on and very supportive and were always available if I needed any information.

GLP Building Services Level 3 course is a fantastic course! Not only do you have the full support of the staff but you will meet other engineers and learn a huge amount of knowledge that covers all aspects of building services! My time at GLP has come to an end after 3 years studying with Steve and Jack. Both have been a huge support in getting me though the past 3 years but the difference is Steve and Jack will go above and beyond to make sure you are supported and all your learning needs are met. I will miss my time at GLP but am very thankful to all the GLP team for giving me a great experience and new skills and knowledge to take into my career as a Building Services Engineer.

Very amazing and learning programme through Glp taught by two very good teachers by the names of mark and Tony.
The programme has been informative, interesting and engaging.
Mark and Tony both really know this area well and pass on the skills and knowledge in a fun way that turns what I thought would be a long day into a really interesting day.
The activities are added around the classroom to reference back to.
Would highly recommend

I am halfway through a Facilities Management course with Mark and Tony as chief lecturers. I was initially anxious, unsure of my skills and how difficult it would be. However, the two lecturers are beyond stellar at making me feel at home, protected, nurtured, and important. So far I've been having so much fun, and I was so impressed with myself and how much I comprehended! There are a few days of the course left, and I am eager to start each day, do my absolute best and help the friends I've made along the way.

A great company who helped me development my skills and experience. Great communication through out the course.

I've been with GLP on my NHS apprenticeship now since September 2023. The attention to detail on each session as been excellent.
All the help and support required as been above and beyond, my tutor David Homer as been a well of knowledge and has helped and advised from day one, he's always happy to take my call or answer any messages via the training dashboard.
If your considering an apprenticeship these are 110% the people to go with.

The team at GLP training have been really good.
My tutor Aliyu has been brilliant, good communication through out and explained things really clearly.
When it come to my end point assessment nothing has been to much trouble. Even on my test day I had some final words of encouragement from him. When it comes to making you feel confident in your ability GLP training are the right people to go with. Thanks for everything

I was rather apprehensive at first when starting the course as you never know how you will interact with the training staff and whether what you are taught would be of great benefit. I must say I am extremely impressed with David Hannon-Homer and Trudi Hannon-Homer as my first in line training staff. The teaching has been outstanding but not only that, they take a personal interest in you as a person and how the course affects you within your current role at work and outside of work. When someone takes time out of their teaching role to see how you are doing and how your health is, I will sit up and pay attention. They not only want to see the course be successful but you as an individual to be successful as well. I now consider them to be life time friends of mine as we get on so well. They remind me of my previous boss from the company I am still employed with who had retired a few years and still keep in touch. He as always remained a friend of mine. In my opinion they have been the best training staff I have come across and it reflects in their work. I always look forward to the training sessions because even if you forget some of the things learnt, they always have the time and patients to run though the material again or explain something that you have never come across. Well done to you both and the rest of the team.

Really learnt a lot in the 2 years I was there couldn’t of asked for a better trainer and mentor everyone was really nice and met a lot of great people

I did multi skills course with this company for 2 years and it was the best, I learnt so much in that amount of time and had a lot of fun, my trainer was mark Powell and in my eye he was the best trainer I have had with courses he goes out of his way to help everyone out and if you struggle with some things he will explain it more or help you out until you do understand it. If your doing some of you course work and you stuck he will always answer the phone to you. I would like to say a massive thank you to mark powell and the GLP training for letting me do this course and experiencing it all.
