Update,

The picture the royal mail sent was a picture of my parcel lying outside, and this company are happy that that was proof of delivery. Tried to reason with them, they said it was my responsibility to deal with the royal mail!!!

I paid for a product and I dont have it!!

A valentine's day gift my girl won't be getting and im £140 out of pocket.

Save yourself the stress and your money and go with a different company.

Ordered on the 4th of Feb and arrived on the 7th. Brilliant service and really happy with it. Hoping my acne will ease up abit with it and didnt know it comes with a blue light mode aswelll.
