Scam, as others have said. They send shipping info but the item never arrives. Shameful stealing money from people!! Ordered 24th September.. it’s now 17th Dec, still not arrived. Have emailed the company multiple times with zero response

We ordered a product that never came. They'll send you shipping info, and respond to emailed queries/complaints long enough to get paid by the credit card company, then they'll stop responding when they get paid. Do not order from these crooks.

Really wish I'd checked trustpilot before ordering. TOTAL SCAM! Ordered the fort kit for my sins birthday, never arrived on time checked the site and still saying "email when orders ready" I'm fuming!

I wish I would have read the reviews before spending 40$ on this. My kids LOVE building forts, I knew this would be am amazing gift... now in really upset and pushed off.. anyone know how to get refunded????

SCAM. Same issue as everyone else. Ordered in September and zero communication when trying to get an update on tracking or refund. There’s no phone number to contact, email only which they will not respond to. $50 down the drain.

SCAM do not buy from here, ordered in October so plenty of time for Xmas and never arrived. Plus zero communication.

I ordered the play fort in September, as a Christmas gift for our grand daughter, so that it would in plenty of time. I received an email stating that the goods were still in transit. I then requested a refund, which I was told would not be possible as the goods were still in transit.
I now realise that I have been scammed. I am so disappointed and should have thought to check Trustpilot first. As I usually pay through PayPal, I might be able to seek the return of the money.

If I could score less I would! Wish I’d read the reviews as now realising I’ve been scammed. Ordered 2 months ago and no product or response from company after several attempts. I’m more upset it was a Christmas present for my boys who would have absolutely loved the fort

They took the money. They promised an e-mail once the item was shipped with a tracking number. That e-mail has still not arrived.
A swish looking parcel tracking website! but useless without a tracking number ...
No response to my email enquiries either...
