Dont waste your money, I had an order due 25th September. Over a month later and they refuse to respond to my emails. They are happy to take your money BUT will never respond to emails... just checked and Ive sent 10emails, not one response!

This company has taken my money in early sept 5th I still have not received by products $75 which I have requested where is my order no response also have asked now three times for a refund still no response Even no response on their chat line
After I saw an ad on Instagram I ordered the Glowmane on 12/2/23. I was excited to see the results of the blue and red light plus the massager. It took a month to receive the item and after one week of use the massager stopped working. I immediately reached out to Glowmane and they requested a video of the issue. After submitting a video I have not heard anything else from Glowmane. I feel like I wasted $60. The product is cheap and I would suggest using other less expensive alternatives.
