Glowlabo SHIPS FROM CHINA! BEWARE
Glowlabo sells from the US but ships from China. Expect protracted delays. I ordered on Nov. 29th and they haven’t left China yet. I have contacted Glowlabo three or four times but no response. I will be contacting my cc company to reverse charges. They had a catchy and credible website, and I fell for it. Please live vicariously through my mistake and buy elsewhere. Glowlabo sucks. Let’s see if Emma responds to this review because if you look at the threads, she only replies to those who have given them a 5 star review.

Very realistic
Very realistic. They are a Christmas Gift for my son. I am sure he will love them. The timer is a very good idea to save battery life too.

You get what you pay for (low cost, basic quality)
Delivery is a little slow (typical China). The product looks the part, but is incredibly cheap quality.

Over 7 weeks since ordered
Over 7 weeks since ordered. Contacted who told me to contact Amazon. Contact number given was an International number charging 5 pence a second. I managed to email Amazon and reported them had not delivered as they stated as I have cameras. They then sent an email advising he parcel was lost in transportation and to request a refund from the seller. I copied and posted the email to them 3 times now and they are now not responding. I have sent yet another today demanding my money back. The company did reply to initial emails quickly but no reply since forwarding the email in from Amazon advising they had not delivered the parcel as it was lost in transportation.
I have now received a prompt refund with no delay and an apology.

Realistic looking candles
I am really impressed with the realistic Glowlabo candles . So much so that I reorder to gift to friends . The flickering candles look real , no wax mess , no danger of fire , safe near children and animals and a mood setter for romance.
