They will steal your money

My mam got scammed here, she ordered 2 "handcrafted" lamps, what she received was like some thrash off shein!! It cost her 70e, we will look for a refund and I will update here if received.

I ordered the "large " deer with antlers, I paid 39.99 .I received it today and what I got was a tiny little BAMBI light not worth €2.99
Iam so disappointed and disgusted with that site. I've sent off an email to them, no reply yet.
I should have read the reviews first.
NEVER BUY FROM GLOWDUBLIN.

9th June. I had an email from them offering me 50% refund, I immediately refused it, I want a full refund, I stood my ground, did not back down, and they offered me what I asked for full refund without having to send back the item they sent me.
My money should be in my bank account in a few days.....I wait with baited breath.
12th June, received my full payment!
So my advice is, do not under any circumstance accept any partial refunds, you paid the full price , you're entitled to full refunds.

Just a follow up on my recent review.made contact with them yesterday ,immediate response offering ne €11.99, after my refusal they offered 50%..few more emails between us, I could get full refund if i return item within 30 days..was surprised they answered so swiftly. I also asked about it not being glass ,got a detailed answer of why it's some sort of resin

Purchased 2 dogs, a fraction of the size for starters, and also they are ugly plastic with UBS wiring connection. Not what is advertised expected stain glass dogs etc. Also, the cost was 70.00 euros and this was suppose to be a major discount. We have discovered an identical site called PAWSDAMP.com supposedly based in Canada. Same story based around 2 sisters having to close down store.. COMPLETE SCAM!!! It's AI generated site and would love to know how sites like this are not shut down by browser search engines.

BEWARE of buying on line from a company called Glow Dublin. Total scam. You get a greatly reduced quality item or nothing at all.

My mother ordered a dog lamp and it took 24 days to arrive and when it did it was the wrong product

Cheap products. Made of plastic and small in size. Shipped from China.Avoid

Very disappointed with the product. Fraction of the size depicted on their website and made of cheap plastic not glass. Vastly overpriced. Blatant mistepresentation of the quality of goods. Avoid at all costs.

Update: After several e-mails back and forth, 1st offer 30% refund, 2nd offer 50% refund, basically refusing to give me my money back but I'm not giving up!

Last update. After many emails back and forth and derisory offers of "compensation" finally gave me my money back as a "gesture of goodwill". If their products were as advertised this would all have been avoided. Do not buy from them - you will be conned. Over and out!

The items ordered are not those advertised according to website descriptions or images. The items are plastic not glass which I bought in good faith. I have no return address, none available on the website that I can see. The company are not responding to my emails. I want my money back asap and notifications of where to send items back. This is a new experience for me. I feel I have been caught.

I bought a coloured dog shaped lamp. When the product arrived it was only a fraction of the size of the one that they advertise on their website. Approx one fifth the size of the one on their website. Don't be fooled by their glossy advertising.

This is a scam. Avoid.
