I have not received my hair drops
I have not received my hair drops. I sent an email the day it showed delivered, but no response. I’m not sure if it was put in the wrong mailbox or what. I checked my front office too. Nowhere to be found. Please help with this matter.

Hi Nikki, we apologize for the inconvenience with your package. It must have gotten lost in the mail. Although we have no control over packages once they are placed in the mail, we are sending you you a free replacement.
