Don't buy from Glow & Save (Australia)!!! Awful customer service!
They advertise that they have an easy return policy. But when they send you a faulty product they won't honour the return policy. I've been trying to return a faulty product for weeks. Watch out - they are scammers!!

I got the 7 in 1 airwrap. The curlers don't work. Air comes out of the buttons, the pressure from the spout is poor. Plus, it heats up super hot and smells like something is burning on the inside. I don't feel safe using it.

Wish me luck & getting it returned.

My product took sometime to arrive. There was no communication regarding the delay or even if there was going to be a delay. I would not purchase from this company again.

Dodgy people! Their returns and refund policy is BS. They will bully you to take a small refund. Their staff are rude and ignorant, who completely ignore their advertised and promised guarantees. Don’t rate it, don’t trust them, pay a little bit more from a trusted brand!

Scammers. Do not buy from them. They will not honor their 30 day policy no questions asked. I have been going back and forth with them. I see from some of the reviews, they are responding the same way they are responding to me, that they have escalated my problem.

Saw these silk bonnets on TikTok and wanted to try one of them, so I bought one from here! It's pretty good quality and comfortable to sleep in, however it was advertised as silk but is definitely satin but still works!

I'd left my Christmas shopping till quite late and was frantically looking online for inspiration for a gift for my 91 year old mum. I saw a beautiful red shawl on a Glow and Save Facebook advert and knew Mum would love it, so I ordered it. I immediately had buyer's remorse, I NEVER buy anything from a FB ad by a company I don't know and haven't researched. I doubted if the shawl would be delivered in time, if ever. But it came 6 working days later and it is beautiful quality, in the most gorgeous, vibrant shade of red. The seller also included a gold silk eye mask free, which was lovely of them. I think this company is great and I would definitely buy from them again.

Don't buy anything from these scammers, go to Ali Express and you would find the same cheap quality items cheaper. They give 30 days money back guarantee but bullshit. They do everything for you to give up on the return process. I have been trying to get refund and send the faulty item back and it has been more than a month.

Also, please go to Consumer Authorities and lodge a complaint. It is a fake drop shipping company. They also delete bad reviews on their social media accounts, they sre not transparent. Use Google Lens to find the same item on Ali Express and Temu or Shein. Buy cheaper and stay away from these scammers.

All they do sending you non-sense emails and taking their time for the refund process and expecting you to give up. I will post this everywhere and make sure people don’t buy from you. Scammers.

I ordered a gift in mid-October and paid for express shipping. In mid-November, I was refunded the express shipping fee because the product had still not arrived. In early December, I asked them to cancel the order and provide a full refund. It is now mid-December and this company continues to send vague emails claiming that they will escalate the matter to some department or another while I continually demand a refund. At this stage, it looks like it's going to be a charge back via the bank, which is another headache.

The best part is that, according to the delivery page, the product is sitting in a warehouse just down the road from me - a warehouse that doesn't exist!

This company is a scam, they're full of it, and buying from them is an exercise in futility.

I will add that now, nearly 12 months after I placed the order, I still have not received a refund, and this company is trying to have my review taken down from trust pilot.

100% scam website. they used the picture of real product to advertise and make fake review. but the product received is something from china :)

Glow and save make promises they don’t keep. They offered $50 credit for positive feedback which I did and I never heard from them again. Two stars for getting unwanted item delivered fairly quickly.

unfortunately my original pillow was lost in transit but glow & save quickly rectified the situation and sent a replacement
from original order to delivery it took 3 and a half weeks , which isn’t bad considering the original was lost

I bought the instant hair removal ... received it within the 2 weeks . I had an enquiry and the response was prompt and efficient , they even followed it up to make sure I was satisfied with the product .
Love it and extremely practical to carry around .

I took a photo (which I have posted under the CC Cream on their page) of my face with half cream and half nude and OMG it blew me away and my friends and now they are onto the cream as well!!

This is one of my favourite makeup items at the moment and one I tal about all the time!!

It is my belief that this is fully a scam website. They have "30 day return" stamped everywhere and their policies state they offer returns - according to the support this isn't true, and they also don't take responsibility for allegedly openly lying about their products. Avoid at all costs.
