I was sent a link by my surgery concerning their 12 week programme. I sent them an e-mail asking about the location of the meetings. 10 days later, no reply.

My experience was very supportive, especially Christine, my mentor, who kept me focused.
The videos were very informative and extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this program.

Gloji provided me with a mentor and very helpful programme to help me in my weight loss journey. I now feel more motivated to keep the pounds off thanks to Gloji and derived great personal benefit from being referred to this service. Thank you Gloji!

The weekly telephone discussion and the weekly videos were great - the online articles, receipes and exercise videos were a great support

I was a 30+ a day smoker and never thought I'd see the day when I was a non smoker. Yet here we are 12 weeks later and I am a non smoker, fitter, healthier and financially better off. Thanks to my coach Shenaz for all your support and encouragement over this period.

I have health issues that affect my mobility, and was referred to Gloji by my GP, it took a 2nd referral from the surgery nurse together a response. I eventually had an email informing me I would be contacted shortly,approximately 2 weeks later I sent an email back, asking if I had missed their contract and was told they had reached out to me but could not contact me - it certainly was not by mobile, the call would have been logged. I eventually recieved a call from a younger sounding lady who confirmed my details and told me what they had to offer; none of which were suitable for my condition. I had hoped to be able to meet with someone who would be knowledgeable about my needs, able to give constructive help and advice. Alas this was not so, I was sent an email showing what they could offer me: Netball... Swimming sessions... Slimming World... on line exercise with a possibility of a mentor! Nothing like the personalised service advertised: I was never asked the nature of my disability, nor my capabilities. I don't feel I was even shown any interest, just an offer of an email and a bored instruction to get back to them if there was anything I wanted to try. I was just left in frustrated tears.

I found Gloji very positive experience, a learning curve opening my eyes to change habits & mindset. The information & material is invaluable & provided in manageable chunks so not overwhelming. A big thank you for Sarah whose support was excellent & always supportive.

A huge thank you to my coach Christine for her consistent support, encouragement and guidance. The regular check-ins made such a difference in keeping me accountable and motivated throughout my 12 weeks. If you're new to glogi stay consistent, trust the process and focus on small changes-they really add up.

Can not call by phone there is no-one there, tried 3 times and each time between 90 secs and 3 mins of waiting get transferred to a voicemail then disconnected.

No choice but to email, not expecting much.

Telephone support was exceptional, and the range of materials to work through and explore really good. Such a positive, healthy way of changing habits and mindset. As someone inclined to disordered eating, it was brilliant!

I found Gloji supportive and helpful. It gave me greater clarity and helped me understand myself better, allowing me to be less self-critical and reduce the pressure I put on myself.

The program is outstanding, offering a wealth of valuable information. The support team is excellent, ensuring the experience is top-notch. We'll certainly continue to maintain this high standard. Kudos to the Glojji team!

They left me on the 25th November with no contact or when I tried to call, never able to get through.
I was on the 8th week mark and was expecting ting 2 more deliveries of the vape and patches
It was on the 7th December where I messaged the person I was in contact with saying "Hi, was expecting the vapes and patches this week, in completely out, can someone get back to me"
Didn't hear back and when I called the mobile number it was discontinued.
Then when I tried calling the 0800 and 01737 number it never goes through.
This is still now to the 08/01/2026 and can't get through..
They called today and I tried getting back to them and it's not connecting either.

Stay well away.
You'll do all that hard work trying to stop and then it all just gets destroyed because they'll leave you.
Ended up buying a pouch of tobacco and ruining all that effort that I put in.

You may as well BUY the products instead ot relying on this Absolutely TERRIBLE service.
Couldn't give it zero stars.
It made me choose 1.

Outstanding program featuring diverse and pertinent material, designed in easily digestible segments that make it convenient to revisit without overwhelming the user. Regular chats provided excellent support, with a genuine sense of care and helpfulness.

Fantastic program, excellent accessible support throughout the Gloji journey. I lost one stone and changed bad habits that were keeping me from being where I wanted to be. I will continue my weight loss journey with everything that I’ve learned from Gloji knowing that I’ve still got the resources to succeed further. Many thanks to Sarah for all of her support.

Great program with varied and relevant content that is easily rewatchable and in bitesize chunks that does not overwhelm the user. Had my support in regular chats and was super helpful and genuinely felt like they cared.

Well structured with achievable goals. I lost a stone and am continuing to progress. The support I received personally actually made a difference. I would recommend.

Helpful, non judgemental help to make day to day sustainable changes.
