They present themselves as a professional company but less is true. Very dispappointing company.. Moving from middle of Portugal to Italy. The transport to months longer then they promised fro this very high pricing we expected service but absolutely not the case.

Had a great experience shipping with Global Relocations. Very professional, friendly and communicative, well organised and excellent service.

All items were packed securely, nothing arrived broken, everything arrived as scheduled and on time.

Fast service and able to meet my moving dates. Only complaint is one item was slightly damaged when delivered to my new address.

Effortless experience. Everything packed up in London and unloaded in Tel Aviv 30 days later with no damage or breakages.

My shipment started in Peru and I must stress that I did not contract with this company but when my things arrived in London I paid the port handling charges (on 12 January) within 15 minutes of the bill being issued. Global was responsible for the delivery of my goods to my address which I expected without delay. The representative I spoke to said that I would have to wait until he had a vehicle heading in my direction because it was only a partial load. I had to wait almost FOUR weeks to get my things delivered on 8 February. If you are contracting this company make sure that you have a clear delivery date because the company could not have cared less about me and the delivery of my things. I understand about partial loads but Global should not have accepted the subcontract unless they were prepared to deliver the goods within a reasonable time. I consider this and the attitude of the company absolutley unacceptable.

Forced me to pay hundreds of pounds extra right before shipment day for no good reason. When I tried to get better explanations, instead of explaining the sudden fee, they just threatened to delay the shipment, which will incur even more fees, if I don't pay immediately.
The shipment itself was ok.
