lch hoffe sehr mein gestohlenes Geld mit Hilfe von GlobalRefund wiederzuerlangen. Mir wurde Frau Rebecca Dudek zugeteilt, wir arbeiten zwar erst kurz miteinander trotzdem kann ich 5 Punkte vergeben, da Sie mir sehr kompetent erscheint, immer erreichbar ist, auf Anfragen rasch antwortet! Danke

I was looking for a company that would help me recover my money stolen by crypto scammers. I found GlobalRefund. At my side is now Mrs. Rebecca Dudek, who really does everything in her power and helps me to get my money back. She is really great, always there for me and my concerns.

Polite attitude fine..But the one who originally cheated me was both that and entertaining

It is (has been)very undermining and difficult to bear when trust has been exploited by scam companies with people pretending to have your best interests in mind. It is a very confusing time and unnerving not knowing who to turn to.

The staff at Global Refund (Catherine S. is my current case manager) have been excellent; very thorough and clear in explaining the nature of the fraud which I have been exploited by. I have been given clear guidance in terms of how to present the details of the fraud to my bank and in turn my bank have launched a full investigation. My case is not yet resolved although I would have been deeply in the dark without the assistance of the global refund team, thank you.

I will later present an updated review here when the case is complete. The Global Refund experience so far has been wholly supportive and clear. Ken R.

Hallo, ich habe schon sehr oft über diese Group geschrieben. Es wird immer peinlicher... Nachwievor bin ich von einem Betrug dieser Firma überzeugt. Meine damalige Betreuerin Frau Heide ist zwar nett und hilfsbereit, - aber das war es schon. Anstatt mir damals Erfolge zu beweisen oder von sich aus eine weitere Zusammenarbeit voran zu treiben, war nach 1Jahr Schluß. Ich sollte einen neuen Vertrag unterschreiben, was ich ablehnte. Wenn die Group sich als ehrliche Firma beweisen will und zu einer Honorarvereinbarung bereit ist, dann bitte melden. Aber daran glaube ich nicht... Einfach nur schade Leute so ihr Geld zu nehmen.

At the beginning I was not hoping to have good result. But during the treatment of my case , I have been really happy with the assistance of Fabian. He was open and take time to understand and propose good solution .

Meine Betreuerin Ana Zhykov begleitet mich seit über einem Jahr, um gegen Dualix vorzugehen. Ich habe viel Geld verloren und meine Hoffnung ist, dass ich von Cysec das Geld wiederbekomme. Parallel dazu habe ich mir einen deutschen Anwalt als Unterstützung geholt. Doppelt hält besser bei diesen Verbrechern.
Wenn ich mein Geld wiedersehe, vergebe ich auch noch den letzten Stern.

Sean Hughes made a very good introduction. Case manager Sofie Levine took over my case and have done everything professional so far.

Had a very bad experience at the onset until I was transferred to Sophie. She recently took over my case. No refund yet. But letters have been sent out so being hopefully for a positive turnout

Dealing with the customer was very respectful and courteous. The problem was (is) that it takes an insatiable amount of time to find answers when calling or emailing compared to the 6 month contract, hopefully this will not be done consciously to prolong the agreement
