A brilliant session on AI for Executive Assistants. Practical, hands-on, and genuinely useful, covering tools like ChatGPT and Co-Pilot to save real time on emails, diary management, and admin-heavy tasks. What stood out most was the trainer, clearly experienced, engaging and able to make even complex AI concepts feel simple and relevant to daily EA work. I was left with real skills I could apply straight away, not just theory. Highly recommend to any EA or PA looking to work smarter with AI.
