Die Gesellschaft hat die Versicherung für unseren Sohn ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Und dies obwohl er kerngesund ist. Wenn ich so die Bewertungen im Internet zu dieser neuen Gesellschaft lese, ist das wahrscheinlich ein Glück.

Absolute NO GO. I had a medical emergency and NOTHING worked. Assistance is outsourced to Europ Assistance which is 100% usless. We had to locally organize everything ourselves, at our own expense after we got a written confirmation about all expenses being covered as they are not capable of organizing assistance (in an established international tourist region). Later they refused to pay a large part of what they hat previously confirmed in written form.
Do yourself a favor and choose a different provider.

The reimbursement process was very smooth and efficient. I've had healthcare insurance from other providers in the past, but none were as efficient as Le Foyer.

Assurance qui vous prélève sans vous prévenir et qui chipote pour rembourser, prend son temps, augmente les primes pour un oui ou un non.
Communication : c' est la catastrophe.
Méfiez-vous des commentaires 5*, aucun remboursement au bout de 2 mois pour des lunettes,... il y a 3 mois à 12 mois de carence, arrêtez avec vos mensonges!

Un cauchemar !
C’est la pire assurance santé que j’ai pu testé. C’est simple, nous sommes prélevé chaque mois mais nous ne recevons aucun remboursement ! J’ai appelé encore et encore le service client, aucune solution. Je suis épuisée d’essayer d’obtenir les remboursements dues et promis par cette assurance. C’est un cauchemar.
Evitez cette assurance à tout prix. Ils prennent votre argent et ne vous remboursent pas.

An excellent Medical Aid choice!
Always super responsive! Claims are easy and we’ve always had them processed and paid out within a couple of days. Been with Foyer for 2 years, and they’ve been the best health insurance company we've used. They’re a bit more expensive than others, but your cover and the quality of the service is well worth it. 10/10 in my books! 👌

Leider Dauert es in der Regel mehrere Wochen, bis eine Erstattung erfolgt. Auf mein Email wurde nicht reagiert. Aus den Wochen sind jetzt zwei Monate geworden. Auf meine Nachfragen wird nur geantwortet, das es Momentan solange dauert obwohl der Antrag schon 5 Monate vorher genehmigt wurde aber jede Einreichung startet den Prozess neu.

J’ai souscrit il y a à peine deux mois sur recommandation de quelqu’un. J’ai envoyé une facture pour des lunettes, doutant être remboursé car je venais d’adhérer, à peine dix jours après le remboursement était fait ! Rapide et efficace.
