What a waste of money …
I went on line and there were multiple appointments available. I didn’t get any alerts. I called the Globel center made an appointment and finished the interview the same day. What a waste of my $25 for signing up for alerts. I want a refund!!!!

No appointments were available for months, but we were able to pick up cancelled appointments and get our cards quickly.

I never was able to get signed up for…
I never was able to get signed up for an appointment. Every time I got an alert I would go immediately and request that date or any date or first available and it kicked me way out past my travel dayes

I logged in every day for about 3 weeks and was not able to find an appointment. Once I signed up for alerts, I received many texts within hours of availability and secured an appointment a few days out. So glad I found out about this service.
