Easy to use
Easy sign up. Frequent and varied alerts arrived until I found one that matched my needs. Definitely needed this service given how far out the schedule is full at my interview location.

Charlotte Airport - Calender did not allow to book
I received notification and many opportunities; however, Charlotte Airport was never available to book, so it is not justified to use the tool if I can't book the appointment. I requested a refund, but there was no response at all.

It was pretty difficult to nabbing an appointment. It was frustrating to click on the global entry text but having to re-log in back into the site was frustrating and immediately resulted in losing the available opening. There needs to be a quicker way on the phone or website options.

Great tool!
