Delighted with this stylish, quality door
Ourselves and the neighbours can't stop looking at this beautiful door! Just loved the fact that this could be designed to our specific taste. The on line information made it easy to customise the design. The lovely glasswork and curved steel handle gives it a "Charles Rennie Mackintosh" look and feel. We love the fact that the look of the door isn't spoiled by a letter box and that the locking system is robust. The white interior and glass make the hallway brighter. Special thanks to Katie at the office who answered our queries professionally and promptly. We really did feel that our custom was appreciated and we're proud to support British made.

Unimpressed.
The initial delivery date was incorrect from Global Doors. The first delivery date given to me was a Monday. I took a day off work and stayed in, nothing arrived. Phoned Global at 4.50 pm to ask what was happening and was told they had no idea. They phoned me the next day again to say not quite sure what had happened with the delivery company but that they could arrange another day. Upon speaking with the delivery driver, he stated that they never deliver in my area on a Monday. So clearly communication from Global was lacking.
The composite back door has been fitted but unfortunately appears to fall short in length by around 3 mm. The correct measurements were given when ordering. This has created a gap and a draft which is not what you want from a brand new door.

I am so sorry about your dissatisfaction with the delivery service and the delay you encountered. it's unusual for the manufacturer to provide an incorrect delivery date so I will need to investigate further as to why this happened, I can only apologise your order was not delivered on the date specified.

They are reliable, and the door they deliver is of high quality.
In comparison to other time wasters we've encountered, this one was reasonably priced and had excellent communication.
