Quick and easy
From order all the way through to fitting by their trade partner Martindales it was very easy. Having the option of financing is a great option as can be an expensive purchase when factoring in fitting. Order to fitting was completed in a few weeks.

Fantastic company
Fantastic company. We had a composite front door fitted 4.5 years ago. The service at the time was amazing and the door looked great. I contacted them recently because we noticed a draft from the door and the handle had gone funny. They got the manufacturer to send out a new handle very quickly and then their contractors came out to fit it and realign the door within a couple of days. The contractors that came out from Martindale's today were very polite and tidy and the job was done within half an hour. Most companies try their best to disregard warranty claims but i can't fault Global Door's honest and fair service.

Excellent service
Fantastic service. Incredibly smooth, joined-up approach from online quote through to (un-pushy) follow-up call then survey, fitting and fitting follow-up call. The individuals I spoke with (esp Carla) were friendly and helpful. The surveyors and fitters were equally helpful, professional and efficient, especially given they landed the coldest day in the year to brave the elements and fit our new door! Despite the Arctic conditions, the quality of their work did not appear to be rushed nor compromised.
Quality of door itself appears fine, aside from a small niggle that customer services advised me they would resolve if I send a video. The composite finish looks like an aesthetic upgrade on uPVC. Our upgrade to brushed aluminium handles was forgotten at the time of fitting but, as it turned out they would be only "aluminium look", I chose not to pursue this and was duly refunded. Overall the price was sensible and fairly competitive based on other quotes we'd received.
Paperwork regarding care and maintenance and evidencing the associated warranties was all emailed to me once the job was complete.
All-in-all we are very happy with this experience and our new door and how swiftly Global were able to organise for it to be fitted. We would certainly recommend this company and product.

Very good service, door and windows exactly as we ordered, the fitters were absolutely A1, did a fuss free job, little mess and cleared up what mess there was left when they'd done. Cant fault them at all.

Excellent service and delivered on time. Good quality external door. Had a small issue with a split in one of the door seals. Contacted Global doors and they had a complete new set of seals sent to me in a couple of days. Very pleased

Overall the experience was good.the door seems well made and looks good. The only bad part was that the door was marked on the frame. This was going to be covered by trim so was not a big issue.

Completely stress free purchase
Completely stress free purchase from start to finish. The online configurator gives an accurate representation of the door and is easy to use. The local contractors assigned by Global Door were absolutely brilliant, and the door itself is excellent quality. Pricing was very competetive - much cheaper than the big names and even local window/door suppliers. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Global Door - we're very happy.

The comosite door arrive on time, very good quality. Fitted the door myself very easy. a little tricky adjusting the door however 5 minutes Youtube video told me how to it. Competitive Price and an all round good experiance from Global Door. I woulod recommend them /
