Absolutely phenomenal company to work with. Great prices, exceptional customer service and fair shipping prices. I made an error on my online order. Customer service made a change immediately during the call. When an item in my purchase was shipped in error, they immediately shipped the correct item at no cost to me. Great Customer Servise.

I ordered two rolls of wire from this company and received one of the rolls two weeks later. Have no idea why they weren’t shipped together? I am still waiting on the other roll and when I call to ask where it is, I get a foreigner who just works for a dispatcher who knows nothing about the business. Very disappointed

Still waiting for my damn order!Said delivered, well I live in North Dakota, not Missouri where it was delivered!Update 8-8-25, Simon replaced my lost order with another one, and got that today, very honest company to work with and will make it right with you, at no fault of of there own, was all on the shipping company. Highly recommend for your wire/cable needs.
