I initially gave them 4 stars due to me not being able to pay via my credit card as a result of the COVID lockdown restrictions but thinking about this again the service was so good it didn’t sit well with me so I’m now giving them the 5 stars they deserve.
Great communication from Ramon, any questions I’d had he put me at ease with additional pictures of the beautiful timepiece and also kindly put the time (pardon the pun) in for a reassuring phone conversation. It was a smooth and seamless transaction where I’d had my discussions, paid for the watch and it was delivered to me that very same day and all within a matter of hours. They used an excellent courier service and the watch was in the exact superb condition as it had been advertised.
This was an excellent end to end experience and I would not hesitate to use Global Watches in the future.

Seamless experience with Global Watches and the full team from day 1. Was an absolute pleasure dealing with them, they were hugely accomodating. I had a couple delays on my end and they helped come up with innovative bespoke solutions so we could both manage to get there on the same timeframe. Their selection and the piece I chose was absolutely beautiful - exactly as described even not even better. Delivery/execution took a matter of hours ultimately. Would recommend with absolutely no reservations and look forward to dealing with the team many more times in the future...

Excellent experience from the start. I have bought a lot of watches from a variety of reputable dealers and this experience vastly surpasses them all. The whole buying process was very efficient, extremely professional and completely transparent from the start, not to mention, highly personalised: a concierge type service. The watch itself was absolutely immaculate and exactly as described, if not better. There were a couple of delays (on my end), however they remained very patient and at no point did I feel any kind of pressure or threat of the deal collapsing. I can’t recommend these guys enough and am not exaggerating in saying this was a true 5* service in every aspect. Thank you Bradley & the rest of the Global team 🙏
