This company makes staff feel valued; the KPI system shows staff clearly how they are doing & rewards them for their efforts. The free fruit & free monthly staff breakfast are positive little touches... Leggi di più

GBS have excellent customer service staff and preliant tutors expert and knowledgable with great support and personality. The staff are really helpful making my journey through enrolment very easy in particular Miss Sophia she was assisting me at any stage of the enrolment process to students finance application support. I had an extremely disappointing experience with GBS. Unfortunately, the institution fails to take responsibility for its students, especially when serious issues arise, such as problems with Student Finance. Instead of providing real support, communication is poor and assistance is almost nonexistent.
It’s frustrating to see that when you actually need guidance and help, there is no accountability or involvement from their side. As a student, you end up feeling completely left on your own in a system that is supposed to support you. I do not recommend.

My experience at GBS has been very positive so far. The lectures are supportive, approachable, and always willing to explain topics in a way that makes them easier to understand. As a foundation student in Health, Wellbeing and Social Care, I really appreciate how patient and encouraging the staff are, especially when covering new or challenging material.
This learning environment is welcoming and inclusive.
