Disappointing Experience with Global Jazz Academy
I am writing this review to share my frustrating experience with the Global Jazz Academy. I was initially excited to try out their services, but unfortunately, I have been unable to take advantage of the promised 30-day trial period. Instead, I was charged right away and found myself locked into a 6-month subscription without adequate content to justify the cost.
The material provided is scarce and lacks the depth required to make meaningful progress in learning jazz music. I believe that a 6-month commitment requires a substantial amount of high-quality content, which unfortunately is not the case here.
Moreover, I am concerned about the lack of transparency regarding the trial period. I was unable to access the trial, and the customer support did not provide a satisfactory explanation or solution. This lack of communication and support adds to my disappointment with the Global Jazz Academy.
In light of my experience, I cannot recommend the Global Jazz Academy to anyone interested in learning jazz music. I hope that my review will help others make informed decisions and avoid a similar situation.
