A fuir. Je leur ai commandé un purificateur d’air en janvier. Ils ont fait appel à colis privé qui a livré à la mauvaise adresse.
Tous les commerçants avec qui j’ai rencontré le même genre de problème ont renvoyé la marchandise et se sont ensuite retournés contre le transporteur qui avait mal fait son travail. Mais eux n’ont absolument rien voulu faire. Allant jusqu’à me demander de me rendre à l’adresse à laquelle a été livrée mon colis par erreur pour le recuperer moi même.
140€ que je ne reverrai jamais.

FRAUD ALERT! This is not a legit company! Using fake information and sending not legit products, using markets to sell cheap, knocked off items. They do not reply back to emails, pay pal will not help either, absolutely fraud!

Scam Website. They are drop shipping cheap prodcuts from china which you can buy for $20-30 for 10x premium. Cheap prodcuts They dont accept return cause they know they are scamming customers. Just avoid this website and never buy from them.

I purchased a red light therapy cap for £149.00. The product is faulty and not as described. It only functions when physically plugged into a USB power source, meaning it cannot be worn freely as advertised. This completely defeats the purpose of the product and materially misrepresents how it works.
From the moment I reported the issue, the experience has been nothing short of exhausting.
Instead of accepting responsibility and issuing a full refund for defective goods, this company repeatedly:
Ignored clear explanations of the fault
Asked for irrelevant photographs (a photo cannot demonstrate that a device only works when plugged in)
Attempted to impose return shipping costs on faulty goods
Threatened restocking fees, handling fees, and deductions
Repeatedly offered insulting “compensation” amounts instead of a lawful refund
Their offers escalated from $5… to $12… to $20… to a “maximum” of $30 — on a £149 faulty product.
Each email was filled with scripted apologies and statements like “you are our important customer,” while simultaneously refusing to comply with basic consumer obligations.
At one stage, they stated:
The customer must pay return shipping
A 20% restocking fee would be deducted
A 15% handling fee would be deducted
Shipping fees are non-refundable
These policies do not apply when goods are faulty — yet they continued repeating them.
Even after being formally notified that I was exercising my legal right to reject defective goods, they persisted in offering a $30 “maximum limit” refund and asked me to “please consider it.”
Offering $30 on a £149 defective product and calling it “sincere compensation” is not customer service — it is avoidance of responsibility.
This has been a prolonged, frustrating, and completely unnecessary dispute that could have been resolved immediately by issuing a full refund and providing a prepaid return label.
Instead, they chose delay, deflection, and token offers.
If something goes wrong with your order, be prepared for:
Endless scripted emails
Refusal to take accountability
Pressure to accept a small partial refund
Attempts to make you pay to return faulty goods
I will now be pursuing a chargeback and formal complaints through the appropriate channels.
Buyers beware. Do not buy from this company. Its a scam!

Appalling. £160 LED face mask didn’t work and they offer a £5 refund.

Bought the infa red hair cap at £149!
It came in good time but it's nothing like the cap I looked at on the website. It's come from china in a box in two parts. A black Baseball hat and the infa red hat separate. And you are supposed to wear the baseball hat on top of the infa red cap to make it look discreet ?It's a total mismatch and a total scam.
It's probably cost £10 to make. I've asked for a return!!!

I confirm that all reviews of this company in Trust Pilot are absolutely true. I purchased an air purifier from them which had glowing descriptions in their website and received a piece of crap in the mail that came without a charging cable and/or any other means to power it. They advertise a 30-day money back guarantee, but that is a joke. Once you start the return process they put in place a game to wear you down. Once I pushed for their promise in the return policy, all communications stopped. In the last email I received from them they asked for a copy of the shipping label to confirm that the product came from them, even though I sent them my email address and tracking number and their first email referenced my tracking number. THIS IS A SCAM!

WARNING WARNING Whatever you do don't buy from this company the product is absolute garbage and nothing like described. They will not refund or communicate to you how to return the mask and play dumb. Total waste of $290!!!!

My wife bought this mask. As all of the other reviews (wish I had read before buying) please avoid!

The mask took a while to come and is unbranded and the specifications are not what is advertised on the website!

I complained and got an offer of keep the mask and a $5 refund which when declined went up to a very “generous” $12. It’s not even worth communicating with them as they are delaying the process.

I have now put a dispute in via my bank.

Please don’t waste your time, it is advertised as a big spec mask and what you receive my wife would actually be worried to use on her face.

They also have fake trust pilot reviews on their website.

I notified the company that I wished to return the item within the 14-day "cooling-off" period, as per the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Instead of providing return instructions, the customer service team engaged in a weeks-long "bargaining" process, repeatedly offering small partial refunds ($5, $12, $20, then $30) to try and force me to keep an item I don't want.

Key issues for UK buyers to be aware of:

Hidden Return Location: The site does not disclose that returns must be sent to China until after you buy. Under UK law, if this isn't disclosed upfront, the buyer shouldn't be liable for international shipping, yet they insist on it.

Stalling Tactics: They use repetitive emails and requests for photos/videos to delay the process.

Unlawful Terms: Their emails claim they cannot resell "opened" items to avoid refunds—this is a direct violation of UK consumer rights for online purchases.

I have now had to escalate this to a Chargeback with my bank (Chase) to get my money back. If you are in the UK, I strongly recommend avoiding this site. They do not respect your statutory rights and will make it as difficult as possible to get a refund.

I ordered the “Revive Red Laser Cap” from this website for $299. The item I received is identical to a generic version sold on Amazon for $72.99 and does not match the photos or description on their site. This is clearly misrepresentation. The seller’s product is overpriced and not as advertised. I have opened a PayPal dispute and recommend caution to anyone considering purchasing from this site.

Received my order however it’s not branded, looks like a cheap imitation that you’d buy in a market and when I look at returning I have to send an email to get the address etc so who knows how long this will take.

They don’t send you what you buy. The products take a while to come, and are sent from the manufacturer, with instructions in Chinese and poorly translated English. Returns are a nightmare. Don’t buy.

Pretty certain this company is just reselling the cheapest chinese products as something higher quality. Their website describes a Geo Mask, but the face mask they sent was from a company called Xiaojintu with no branding or trademark.

They're just sending cheap chinese products in place of whatever they promise, and to ensure they take maximum advantage, the return policy allows them to take up to 35% of the cost as fees for handling and restocking.

This company is also owned by WhaleWish.com, which are also a reseller of cheap chinese goods and have very low reviews.

This website also lists a totally fake TrustPilot score.
