The price I paid for the Whiskey purchased was lower than any other on-line provider I could find. The delivery of my whiskey was very prompt and the item was in perfect condition.

A gr8 company

A gr8 company. They pulled out the stops to get my special bottle of whiskey delivered in time to give to my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary. Contacting them to explain my plight was easy. Huge thanks xxx

Corked

The product is fantastic as expected but the delivery time could have been better,but this was probably due to the bhw the down side was the cork snapped just after opening which was disappointing cot

Faultless order and delivery.

I ordered a specific bottle of whisky from Glenbotal at a price much lower than I'd seen it anywhere else. After reading some of the comments about the company, I was a bit apprehensive, but it turned out that I had absolutely no reason to be.

Within 10 minutes of ordering, I got an email with confirmation; the following day, I got an emailed notification of despatch; and the day after that, the bottle arrived, perfectly wrapped and exactly what I wanted.

l will certainly use them again.

Unethical

Ordered a bottle of Hazelburn 10. Got a refund from company but no explanation. Only to find it's back up on the website at a higher price. Terrible company to deal with.

What a waste of time

What a waste of time. Made an order and they decided to cancel it a few hours after they confirmed it and with no explanation given for cancelling. What a joke of a company and so don't waste your time choosing things and trying to make an order.
