Arrived, well packed. It took a bit longer to come than I would have liked but it arrived in one pice and was the correct item.

Liked the information about the distillery and history around the whiskeys; I would have loved even more information and ‘history’ about the whiskey I purchased

While on the train from Edinburgh to London, I came across Glenbotal and reached out to them via WhatsApp.

Their team quickly confirmed that they had the last bottle in stock and assured me it could be delivered before I returned home. To my surprise, the order arrived at my hotel within 24 hours of placing it!

I was beyond impressed, not only that Glenbotal had such a rare whisky in stock, but also with their outstanding customer service, fast communication, and incredibly quick delivery.

Delivery was quick into our country, although DHL made it hard. It's ok to require a signature but they didn't deliver on date requested and they wouldn't leave it somewhere else where I could sign for it.
There was no extra duty on this one either...

It’s the first time I’ve ordered with them and was a bit nervous as the price of the bottle was good and so I went ahead. As I ordered toward the end of a week I hadn’t heard back so I contacted them via what’s app and email just to ensure my order was received and being processed as it was the last bottle in stock. It took a day or two but I got responses on both sides and a few days later received my confirmation of postage. Item arrived in great condition so I’m happy.
