WE RANG UP TO SEE A CAR, ( APPOINTMENT ONLY WE WERE TOLD)? . WHEN WE GOT THERE, MY WIFE WENT IN TO CONFIRM ATTENDANCE. BOTH THE YOUNG MEN COULDN'T GIVE A STUFF, WE WAITED AROUND OVER 30 MINS OUTSIDE, NO ONE CAME TO SHOW US THE CAR. A VALET/ CLEANER TOLD US NOT TO BOTHER AS THE CAR'S BODYWORK HAD BEEN DAMAGED. HE CONFIRMED THAT THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE ARE OFF HAND AND RUDE AS A RULE OF THUMB.
THERE SEEMED TO BE AN OLDER WOMAN PULLING THEIR STRINGS/ OR MAYBE SHE WAS THE PUPPET MASTER.
EITHER WAY IT WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. THIS COMPANY NEED TO LEARN SOME MANNERS & TREAT ALL CUSTOMERS AS HUMAN BEINGS.

I was looking for a Golf GTI and they had one in stock. Ben-no1 was accommodating in giving me two weeks to come up and get it.
Ben-no1 also knocked £200 of the price of the car after making a 360 video of the car for me, as I was too far away to view before committing.
On arrival to get the car, Ben-no2 was easy going and let me test drive the car and sorted the tax out for me on his PC.
On the drive home, I did however notice I had, what sounded like a loud wheel barring fault due to the noise. I messaged Ben-1 and explained the issue...he always got back to me in good time even on his day off. After getting the car checked by a local garage, it turned out both rear tyre's and the braking system needed to be replaced immediately, which was causing the noise. I put this down to a small oversight that could have been picked up before the sale, however Ben-no1 let me pass the invoice from the local garage to him, at just over £410 and agreed to pay half towards it, as I was too far from his location to make it worth going back. This seemed fair, as I would also get new rear brake disks/pads and two new rear tyres.
Overall, I am very happy with the service received, I would recommend them. I would also use them again. Steve.
