Don't waste ur money atall it's not the matter of paying just 199/- atleast the product shud last few days shine when I wore the neckchain for two days in a row it literally turned black in color...

Glamorizee is not the trusted website because already it takes so much time to deliver the product and the second thing I have order customised pen with the wallet and the price of pen is very low and when I receive my order i saw the pen was damaged/Defective . They take less money from us and not even giving small product properly . Another thing is that the pen’s color is faded. They should at least provide genuine products, whether it costs 20 rupees or 30 rupees.I have received damaged pen on the name of customized pen

I am writing to escalate an issue regarding my recent order.

I had placed an order for two products; however, I have received only one product so far. The second item from the same order is missing.

Additionally, the product that has been delivered is of very poor quality and is not as per the description or expected standards. Due to this reason, I am not willing to keep the product.

In view of the above, I request you to initiate a refund for the entire order at the earliest. Kindly confirm the process for return pickup (if applicable) and the expected refund timeline.

I request you to treat this matter on priority and provide a prompt resolution.

They name plate quality is very bad very cheap.
I have ask for exchange the clips but they are not accepting exchange .

I ordered a name pendant from Glamorizee, but within just 3 days of receiving it, the color started fading.
On their website, they clearly mention a 1-year warranty for non-fading color, but that claim is totally false.

Their customer service is very poor – no response, no follow-up, and no concern for customers. They don’t even bother to take feedback.

This feels like a fraud company, and their service is extremely disappointing.
⚠️ I strongly recommend everyone not to purchase anything from Glamorizee.

Very much bad service and I was placed order but after 2 week they said it will take 7 days more to deliver this, so if you don't deliver on time so why you are running this online business plateform, if there is option to less than one rating in review system then I will give them that also very unsatisfactory review from my side, it has less than 3rd class service. I could be banned from the online plateform. 👎👎👎👎👎

Horrible service. They just cancelled my rakhi order without informing me. When they don't do cash on delivery service. Why take the order. No message also my order is cancelled. My brothers were so excited for name rakhi. And there customer service is horrible. They are not acknowledging that they are wrong.

This Website is a fake one,don't purchase anything from this Website.I had purchased a wallet but unfortunately I had payed for it but within minutes I emailed and called them for cancellation but,they are saying that we can't refund your amount.
The government should take appropriate action against these fraud companies.

11 days ago I ordered a customized wallet and a pen but I haven't received it yet. For the first few time they haven't answered my calls and didn't even answered any of my emails, after few days when they finally picked my call the cut it too shortly without even listening my whole situation. First they said that my order will complete in one two days but now they are saying it won't be possible for few more days...
Glamorizee please give my order as soon as possible and in good condition otherwise return my money...!!!

Someone please complaint against this company. It's totally Fraud company..they don't even receive the phone calls or reply to the mail. I already did my advance payment and it's been 10 days my order has not been shipped.

I believe this website is completely fake. I placed an order for a bracelet with a name engraved on it a few days ago, and although I’ve already paid, I haven’t received my order. It seems they haven’t even processed it yet, and they’re also refusing to refund my money. I contacted them today to explain the issue, but they cut the call and have now switched off their phone.So think twice before buy anything from here.

I ordered a pendant which would have my name written on it. Now i feel like a joke, after ordering COD i got a mail stating that your order has been placed, no track id has been , and i have left expectations that it would reach me now, my order took more than 10 working days, working days leaving saturdays and sundays its 10 days, no call no notification nothing from this website till now…🤣🤣🤣 this is a utter joke fr me… anyways m happy that i did COD, these are not to be trusted. And plz glamorizee dont sent it now i will not accept.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of my recent order, **"Boy Girl Couple Name Necklace"**. Within just 30 days of use, the gold color has started fading, which is unacceptable for a product of this nature.

I raised a complaint on **February 16, 2025**, but have yet to receive any response from your team. I have attached a screenshot as proof of my purchase and the issue I am facing.
