I ordered a dress and within a week I canceled it because it was going to come too late For my daughter’s event. It hadn’t shipped and I never received another email aside from the order confirmation. Now they say they will refund me a partial refund due to shipping costs which never occurred. They say they will refund only 50% of what I paid.

Vraag je meerdere malen netjes via site en mail een retourformulier wachten ze zo lang dat het retour beleid verstreken is en dan… dan krijg je eindelijk een antwoord dat het retourtermijn is afgelopen !!!
Ben al 2 mnd bezig en bewijzen gestuurd dat ik optijd was om NETJES mijn pakket te retourneren!!!
MENSEN DOE GEEN ZAKEN MET DIE OPLICHTERS !!!!!!
Hier moet iets aan gedaan worden !!!!
Verschrikkelijk als je zo aan je geld moet komen !!!!

Krijg geen reactie of enig antwoord voor een retourlabel...laat vele wensen over t beleid! Slechte reclame is ook reclame!

Ik heb dr melaxin bestelt en het duurde 3 weken voordat het aankwam. Vervolgens na gekeken blijkt het om dupe producten te gaan. Totale onzin! Mensen wees gewaarschuwd niet bestellen bij glamora.

Ik ben na weken nog steeds wachtende op mijn bestelling....als ze aankomt....

Wat een onbetrouwbaar bedrijf. Het gekochte artikel beviel niet. Op eigen kosten retour gestuurd naar China. Bewijs en track and trace netjes gemaild. Aankomst bewijs in China gemaild en tot op heden het bedrag niet terug gekregen. Oplichters!!

Glamora, Barkbuster, cardguard allemaal verkopen via Facebook, GlucCheck meters die niet aankomen...
Niets kopen van deze mensen!!

This company provides the poorest of quality Ive yet to see in the garment industry. When you want to return due to damage, they make is impossible. It costs so much to send the product back to China, that many likely dont and the company continues to scam people. The dont state in their return policy that it will cost you money and in my case, more than the nasty dress was worth.

WANT TO RETURN THE DRESS I ORDERED AS IT WAS TOO SMALL AND THEY EMAILED ME BACK STATING THEY NEEDED PICTURES OF THE DRESS WHICH IS FINE BUT THEN THEY STATED THEY WANTED ME TO TAKE PICTURES OF MYSELF WITH MEASUREMENTS AND THATS NOT PROFESSIONAL AS I DO NOT PLAN ON PURCHASING ANOTHER DRESS. THAT'S REALLY A VIOLATION OF MY PRIVACY.

If I could go below 1 I would. No one answers the phone. Their dresses are cheaply made and you can’t return them. These people are the WORST!

Do not buy office site at all they will not action refunds when you buy something and the sizes they send do not make the sizes on their size chart. Natural dress is very nice but the service is appalling and nothing fits. What a disgraceful business I am going to report them to trading standards.

They say worry free return process. Then when the dress doesn't fit, will only offer you a 20% refund and keep the dress or a 30% refund if you accept their gift card for another purchase. Not all dresses are made the same. I will never purchase another dress from them.

I bought a dress for my daughter's wedding. It was received sooner then expected. The quality and material of the dress what outstanding. I even received earrings that were purchased with it. It matched so well with the dress. The wedding was 12/14 and i was looking mighty fine!!

We ordered a 4 regular. No custom measurements. The dress came in smaller than the chart measurements. Sleeves to short, chest measurements wrong and small, waistband seam was off and the back to tight to zip. Their Return policy stated 14 day returns. No mention of 15% stocking fee. They continued to harass my daughter for pictures proving the dress was tight on her body. The customer service for the company continued to harass her by demanding pictures of her measurements while taking pictures of her breast, waist and hips with a measuring tape. I find this-request inappropriate photos. Its creepy. They refuse to refund the full amount as stated under the return policy. I would give them a 0 if I was able to write this review.
