Thats when your real issues with them start they will NOT listen and keep responding with the same thing THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU OR REFUND YOU OR PAY FOR THE RTURN even when it is their fault their returnsprocess is ridiculous 2 A4 pages of instructions I dont trust them AT ALL PLEASE STAY AWAY !!!!! Ordered shoes in October 25 . This is dec and still haven’t got them - almost 8 weeks . Took money when ordered and refuse to refund as “shoes still in shipping process” even though tracking link not updated since day after I ordered. I have sourced shoes elsewhere so no longer need or want them but refusing to refund just keep telling me to be patient - in my opinion this company is not legit- STAY AWAY
UPDATE - still not received shoes and still refusing to refund. Now saying the shipping g company are now returning them but still wo t refund me even though it’s nothing to do with me - disgusting company- if it is even a company 😡

Fake items and arrived with no box and damaged. Website says free returns if damaged but they wouldnt pay postage so I had to pay £26 for return and its still with customs a month later. Do not order from this site as it is a scam!!!!

Fake items, won’t refund
Sent fake items with a nail sticking out the shoes sole. Won’t refund unless I ship the shoes all the way back to china. Website says returns are free if product is defective, but they are refusing to pay for the shipping cost and I can’t get a refund until I ship them back. Scam
