The package was empty on arrival. The postman noticed this and will be returning the empty package to you. I have emailed to advise of this issue and am awaiting your response. I have requested a replacement.

They also responded quickly to a problem I had when I accidentally ordered things to the wrong address and provided a full refund even though the error was mine.
