The best place to go!
Extremely friendly staff, excellent value for money. We met them whilst at a few wedding fairs and they remembered us as soon as we walked in. Made us feel welcome and special (which is what we wanted for our wedding ring purchase)! Highly recommend!

Wedding rings
Bought our wedding rings from here, service was absolutely fabulous was not rushed when picking wedding rings.
When we picked wedding rings was just asked for deposit and was given to option to pay in installments or to just pay the final price when collected rings. Rings were ready in plenty of time and when we had asked them to be ready for with no issues. When collecting wedding rings i was advised that i could take my engagement ring in a couple of days before to get it polished.
Also got my engagement ring resized here and was done within 2 days.
Staff are very friendly and polite and nothing seems to much trouble.

Great experience

Would highly recommend
Our experience was fab. We went to Gladstones to get our wedding bands. We explained what we were looking for & they brought out a range of bands for both of us to try.
They were very knowledgeable, giving advice on what metals would be best for my partners band and when I wasn’t sure on the bands I’d tried on they went back & got another band for me to try.
They even polished up my engagement ring whilst we were there trying on bands & they polished it again when we collected our bands a couple of weeks before our wedding.
We are over the moon with our wedding bands & we would highly recommend Gladstones. They were lovely, friendly, knowledgeable & not pushy, unlike others stores we’ve been to. They let us make our decision & once we were happy they were happy.

Beautiful bespoke ring
I can't recommend Gladstone Jewellers highly enough. They have made me a beautiful bespoke ring which I'm so thrilled with. Tom has been great to deal with very patient, knowledgeable and friendly working through many designs with me and offering lots of good advice and options. He then sourced some beautiful stones for me to choose from which was lovely. It is just a lovely family business offering quality products in such a laid back friendly way. You don't get the hard sell or feel pressurised into buying. You would not get this kind of service in a high street Jewellers or the quality of the piece I have. People think you pay a premium having jewellery made to your own design from scratch, not at Gladstones. Thank you very much.
