Enttäuschendes Erlebnis

Enttäuschendes Erlebnis – überheblicher Umgang und unnötige Dramatik

Die Kommunikation mit dem Händler war von Anfang an unterkühlt und überheblich. Auf einfache Nachfragen wurde schnippisch reagiert – Rückfragen schienen unerwünscht. Statt lösungsorientiert zu handeln, wurde mein Anliegen übertrieben kompliziert dargestellt, fast schon dramatisiert.

Gerade in der Sammelkarten-Community sind Respekt und Fairness wichtig – hier leider absolute Fehlanzeige. Ich kann diesen Händler nicht empfehlen. Wer Wert auf professionellen und respektvollen Umgang legt, sollte sich besser anderweitig umsehen.

This guy never bought in my shop. I bought from him 42 cards on Cardmarket. And 32 cards were in the wrong grading.
I gave him a bad review, and now he comes here on my Trustpilote for revenge.

1 year ago, I ask for photo, and he refused.. as he saw he had bad gradings and told me "Oh i don't want my customer unhappy".... Then ignore my 2 last questions and rules for grading I showed him.


1 year later --> I bought him those 42 cards... saw it was him... saw he had not listen to my tips on grading for 1 whole yer, scamming many people...
I saw he was NEVER going to change his grading methodes.

So instead of asking for a refund... i just gave him a bad review, in order to WARN his next cutomers... and I told him he was a scammer.

He asked me to remove the bad review... i refused... so he got his revenge here on Trustpilote, by giving me a bad review.

great experience

I had a great experience with this seller. I ordered a Pokémon card that unfortunately was no longer in stock. However, the seller went out of their way to buy the card elsewhere — even at a higher price — just to make sure I received my order. They sold it to me at the original price, taking a loss just to keep their word. That level of honesty and commitment is rare. Highly recommended — thank you again!

Excellent site

Excellent site, très grand choix de carte pokémon. Le site est intuitif et de qualité. Les envoie sont rapide et bien emballé. Les cartes sont tres bien protéger. Je recommende à tout les fan de pokémon
